Sir, i recently installed powertronic v4 in my dominar 400 bs6 ug. I am facing a problem while riding my bike. The bike runs smoothly on map 1 or map2 for may be 30 -40 kms, then suddenly the engine will knock for sometime and the rpm fluctuates and the engine shuts down. This happens for may be 1 or 2 mins and then everything goes back to normal. Can you please help me in this issue.

There is no problem after piggyback ECU. If there are any issues then bajaj can say it is problem. But before going to bajaj you can remove the ecu and get things sorted
What about the milage?? After changing to Powertronics ECU what is the top speed?? I own New 2019 D 400 just want to know the top speed my top is 179KMPH
Mileage has hardly any difference. The top speed for my first batch is around 165 max but please note this is not about the top speed only as R15 can also reach 150+ my bike has better torque in higher gears as well as seen in the video. So in ahort it reaches to 150+ faster than the stock.

I have not looked and mileage part but there is hardly any diff in my tank to tank I get around 25 since I travel within city commute in traffic. Yes you can do it for UG as well. I spent 18k for ECU, 13K for quickshifter, 5 k for tuning amd external map switch 5.5k for BMC stock replacement filter. You can contact Race dynamics in Bangalore. It is possible however Investing so much on ECU to get a mileage for few kmpl is not a good idea. For you to invest around 20k of ECu to recover that investment you need to have that long runs every month.
Bro, I have installed handlebar raisers on my 2017 D400 and since then I have cables stretching out while turning the handlebar. Plz, suggest. Thank you so much in advance.
If it is 1 inch then there should be no issues. It's it carbon racing or some other ? Just reroute the clutch cable and if your have changed the angle of handle bar t then it could cause this stretch.
Then in that case you will have to check as clutch cable may need rerouting. Sometimes the clutch cable can overlap on other cable which will only affect after raising the handle bar
From what I have been told in some cases the cam shaft is going bad and in some the dohc tappet setup is going off and in some cases the head is getting friction marks despite good space. I have got diff stories from different people as the service center guys are not providing correct details to owner but I have got a guy whose camshaft had to be changed and it fixed it. But one point to note this issue is not there in old version which I have which is sohc setup.

@@arjunnair4317 yes the benefit of ECU is that we can get best out of the engine hence remap is done. I have been using since a long time and happy but my target was quickshifter hence I had to buy all.
@@arjunnair4317 ECU 18000, quickshifter 13000, map switch 1500, BMC retrofit stock replacement 5500, tuning on dyno 4500 but the ECU come with maps by default so you may not need dyno tuning. 38000 and +- 4500 for tuning.
My target was quickshifter and for me it was worth to have fun with extra power as well and also ofcourse makes my bike unique. So for me it was worth every penny

@@ashwinepiphen6578 yes I can increase but then as per design the torque peak is at 8.5 and not beyond 10k so increasing the rpm higher than that will only help if you are in decline road.
If everything is in my favour like wind and all Then top speed is around 162 max... It's the same though the only thing is I reach faster to that speed of usual 150.
I have an answer for that. The UG guy was ina group who he had to tail and they already passed on so he felt stop and go drag race will take time and I couldn't force him. Hence we kept doing rolling race. Please note UG has 4.5 hp more and I was surprised as well it didn't perform as I was expecting to loose.
4:45 look at your bike here , despite getting a head start it was struggling to keep ahead of the old stock Dominar, meanwhile the Dominar UG just races away from the old Dominar with ease. Same with the following rolling races, the old Dominar was not far behind your bike.
@@hrwedsash I am not a drag racer and any delay will not show the potential whereas 4,5,6 gear rolling race helps to determine the gaps which are filled with powertronics. Moreover we need to understand that after powertronics the bike is not gonna become a rocket to fly at 180 speed so yes the old one will be very close and new UG might catch up later beyond 160. I am not sure if you have UG or old dominar but If you ride my bike you will feel the overall diff.

There is no problem after piggyback ECU. If there are any issues then bajaj can say it is problem. But before going to bajaj you can remove the ecu and get things sorted

Dominar and ktm are diff breed. Without doing race I can tell ktm will win cuz of power to weight ratio.

Yes we were at similar weight and height. That is why I wanted to fair but for sure we didn't have weighing machine but we were equal.

Yes, its a carbon racing raisers and I haven't don't any other adjustments to the T @@VijayHansora

Bhai Vijay what about engine tappet noise which is bajaj trademark noise and fuel efficiency. Please enlighten

The engine vibration is reduced Nd runs more refined and throttle response is way much more better as you saw in the video

Quickshifter is only a small sensor attached to the gear shifter. In backend connects to Powertronics ecu
