I’m starting to become a S1mon fan now after hearing a roster change with Haodong as an assistant coach and S1mon as their flex player for the team. Impressive story for Edward Gaming by far.
@@YaBoiArgus I was sad that I heard that Haoding swapped to a different team after winning this year at champions. He does have a good reason though. I do want to see him play instead of being a head coach since his IGL skills are very impressive.
All 5 of the EDG players had their impact on their win it wasnt only s1mon being the deciding factor. This video really focuses too much on s1mon while giving very little credit to the rest of EDG considering its a video on "how edg won champions". You talked about s1mons 3 clutch in the finals when chichoo smoggy and nobody clutched more than him and made insane plays for the team. Not hating but as an edg fan it feels weird that all the credit goes solely to s1mon and not the team...
as a canto/mandarin speaker i would describe the sound like saying gong. but obviously in this case with a K instead of the g. not completely right but simple and similar enough
China as a region had like 40% of the play time compared to the rest of the regions and APAC took 3.5 years to win, while edg took 2.3 years to win a trophy
See-mon is my favourite mon

I'm pretty sure the main goal of this video was to basically shine light on someone who isn't talked as much on the roster
Smoggy didn't play Jett on Abyss in champs I think🧐
S1Mon actually played for EDG academy team IMAY before entering EDG squad
Smoggy played Jett in regionals and made an amazing play on A site
Wasn’t he a JDG player before joining EDG?
@@mikeyeechen1764 that is before Feb. After that he is picked by EDG and sent to play for HKTW tier2 team and IMAY for CN tier2
EDG valorant my team of this century
s1mon won vct cn stage 2 finals mvp i believe
SIMEONNNN
is that really how to pronounce his name? keng keng?
It’s Kang Kang
look up "pre-nasal short a raising". it's a consistent feature of canadian and american english, hence "kangkang" may sound like "kengkeng"
