Just a suggestion!! Would it have been easier to put the headband over the styrofoam and trace the sides like you did the top peace?? It turned out beautiful though

Pam, thank you for watching! I see what you’re saying about the side pieces but they were an after thought so I had to just cut them to fit headband AND the piece on top. It just took some fitting and refitting to get it right. Lol. It could def be in the initial design for next time. Thanks for subscribing
