It's all fine but you yourself say you're not sure of certain things so here are my two cents: "I look forward to debating you." is one way to put it but 対戦 is more like a general competition or simple match. I'd say it's fine, though. "I've lost" on it's own would be fine I think cause "already lost" is more like もう負けました 。 って声出したら引かれたんだけど is "(an implied other person) was creeped out/turned off when that sound came out" like 気持ち悪がられた this one's pretty tough, but because passive 引かれた「受身形」was used you can imply it was done to someone else, whoever Polka was talking to. Translating this is challenging but you'd probably need to state in the previous line "Yesterday I was talking with someone" then "They were disgusted when that sound came out" or something similar. レスバトル is an internet saying meaning useless or endless battle. 塩対応 is a colloquialism meaning "unwelcoming/cold treatment" or response. 「写メ」のこと「写メ」って言うじゃん is more like "you say" or "don't you say" not "you know they say" it's more direct she's assuming Polka says this thing and shouldn't be criticizing her for using イチャイプ。 じゃあなんで「メッセンジャー」って言わないのおかしくない!? should also have "Isn't that weird!?" because of おかしくない!? For 論破 "you've lost" isn't technically wrong but it's more directly "I've won" since Polka is the one saying it since its implication is the winning of an argument or successful refutation. 本未転倒(ほんまつてんとう) is a saying that means "to misplace one's priorities," "putting the cart before the horse," or in other words Polka is saying that Marine's current argument is trivial considering the point Polka makes. The 嫌いになちゃうよ line seems more like "I'm going to hate you, you know. Is that fine?" 感情(論)で勝負 would be more like "emotional battle" I think. literally "battling using our emotions." It's a little odd, the deliberation between 感情論 and 感情 but 感情論 on its own is already "emotional argument" so the full direct would be something along the lines of "battling with emotional arguments" though that nuance is largely unneeded to get the point across I think. 女特有の isn't specifically "girlfriend" but more a "woman's thing" or "a thing particular to women."
