as a south indian i had a major heart attack when she just ate the idli without dipping it into sambar or chutney....and this is the first time im hearing somebody call chutney as "the mystery sour cream"😂😂

@@asiyamashrufa1820 okay it's not much offensive if you just know about curry.....sure we got so many great curries but the actual problem is I've seen many many chefs including interenational celebrity chefs putting curry powder and coconut milk in like every Indian dish ever.....it makes us angry that they don't do even a little bit of research when making these dishes...... they've got Indian grocery stores there so they got all the ingredients.....we don't have much influence of culture from different countries and we don't have ingredients easily available that's why we butcher every pasta recipe but that's not the case there

Aniketh struggling with chopsticks for 6 seconds straight 😂
Most of the Japanese food and marination includes sugar/brown sugar so their pallette is a bit mild
While in india sugar is mostly used to make sweetdishes and we have spices in food and marinations hence leaving us with a strong pallette
But there are some exceptions
So lot of collab with Shibu. She is so cool
