I just said the same thing to my wife.. in USA I also got coned from a (2/ loan companies.. a.(2) mortgage lenders.. all fake promises.. pay a high rate of interest for 3 months.. re finance month 4.. reduce over 50% intrust and get some added money back..well all lies.. loss 500k I think around 12 years ago.. by law it stay.on USA credit file for 7 years.. well it's still on my file. How do you build a line of credit? How could you buy a car.. how could you get a credit card.. even rent a place..o ya I was.set up my VQ over seas viet and Ukrainian in USA. All newcomers to USA.. thy f Ed chase bank and me.. con game.. builder ukrainians...con people sniffers I called them seeking Christian church going people like me. If they take the house and it takes a year to sell at $100,000 at 6% interest that's $6000usd if you put 10% down payment they got 10k USD + $4000 USD 2nd then put $4000 into the place and fix up. After mark up at opening price 50% 40% more then reduce 4% to 35% = winner 🏆 3ed. Sun loan companies have insurance any events mortgage is not 🚫 paid . In some cases if high risk loan then you the seller is required to buy and pay insurance. Loss of job death or disability even disaster insurance. In the past they offered war insurance I don't think they do that anymore war insurance. Speaking about war insurance . If something bad happens like war example of 100,000 houses get destroyed probably 500,000 to a million people will be homelessness.. aka walking dead people! It's looking that way worldwide. No home no money. Better learn survival skills. Farming fishing exc. I don't think you would live in heaven I don't think this world's officially hell yet.. I think this is purgatory. I talked with a bank manager about this case. I believe the State Bank of Vietnam is reimbursing all depositors. They have to print VND in order to get out of this. This is a big reason why the VND has been so weak.
In USA pertaining the housing collapse, they the gov not help individuals. But The banks was FDIC insured and other insurance companys insured the banks also USA tax payer money .. my money bailed out the banks 😭 banks, ok let them go bankruptcy. people like us could open up a small savings and loan or start an investment group and open up a large bank savings and loan . Years ago it only 50,000 to open up a loan company. I don't know about this any more in USA . Back then I thought about opening up a bank savings and loan. many years ago I had a lot of USD cash back then.. now a little USD and in on VN a little vnd.. welcome to Vietnam welcome .. you don't speak Vietnamese you don't have a change. You have to rely on other people who talk Vietnamese language. Now USA the collapse of the housing market folks like me lost our USD and our line of credit from the banks. welcome gift from America to people just like me Mr. Greco. This is not entirely correct. The VND has been weak because the Viet economy is not doing so well and because the Viet central bank has lowered rates while the USD is set to keep rates high for some time. I'm an expert in this area so I know this for a fact.

Unbelievable that she would get off and go free on appeal . Hope this does not happen. If so she most likely will leave the Country and go to overseas to live with her stolen money in Foreign Bank accounts. I do think many High Officials in the Government are involved too. She can Divulge their names to get a better sentence or go free. Just unbelievable the Court system in Vietnam would allow this. I smell a rat.

I completely agree, some of his videos are good but some are really absurd. I will never forget when he mentioned about health insurance for foreigners and the prices he quoted. Just absurd. I have been in Vietnam for 11 years and have had top notch health insurance the whole time. I could take Mr. Global to school on a lot of things in Vietnam, he thinks he knows but has a lot to learn.

The saddest thing is that hard working Vietnamese put their life savings in these investments and lost it all. The victims wanted to make their money grow and have a better future now they are left with nothing. The poor always pay the mistakes of the rich. In Vietnam is common to have 3 generations under the same roof because it is so unaffordable to own real estate so entire families combine their life savings hoping to buy a property. I really would like to know what is being done for the victims who lost their entire savings.
