On my recent visit to Gwalior, I came across a very famous Poha Wala who sells more than 1000 plates of Poha in less than few hours..He started with Namkeen business but soon realised that Gwalior was missing a poha place and his research started in 2012 and today he is one of the most famous pohe wala in Madhya Pradesh. The specialty of this place is that they serve Poha in very natural way in plates made of leaf.
