Chile grower expert here. The leafs are great, the more sun exposure the smaller the leaf will be. Also, you might want to pinch the tops to get a more bushy plant. I also notice a nitrogen deficiency (use a granule tomato fertilizer, it won't burn the plant). You might also want to use a teaspoon of Epsom salts and sprinkle it on the top of the soil. Chiles are heavy magnesium feeders. This plant also needs a bit more sun. Your chile is probably not as hot as it can be.
Source: I've been growing chile plants for 25 years.

Hey Guys. Thanks for your awesome feedback!
I bought some new cameras and will upload more Timelapse videos in the future.
Now lets answer some common questions concerning this specific plant.
Did I use fertilizer? No, only water.
How long did this video take to produce? 8 months, starting in february 2019.
Why didnt I top off the plant? Because I wanted this plant to grow as natural as possible for the video.
What kind of soil did I use? Peat moss based with a low PH value.
Which camera did I use? Just a random JVC camcorder.
Which side is my balcony and/or window facing? Both are south-facing.
Whats the pots volume? Somewhere between 5 & 10 liters.
When did I move the plant outside? Early may.
Where was this video recorded? On my balcony somewhere in central Europe.
How IS the plant? Alive and well.
What will the next pepper be? You will see...
If anything else is left to answer, I will try to keep this post updated.

Super hot pepper plant seeds actually take time to germinate. Some seeds don’t make it . That’s been my experience. But when they do germinate it’s a pleasure to watch them grow . Another note it may seem strange but the bugs love to eat the super hot leaves . They will leave bell peppers alone , & tomatoes and many other plants , but the super hots seam to be their choice leave to munch on . I live in the south so things might be different in other zones
