Excellent lecture. I have had 3 ablations to no avail, number4 coming up next week for PVC induced Cardiomyopathy I need to get lucky.Had PVCs for 40 years.
hi louis, i hope you get well, did you have episodes of light headedness? sensation of lump in the throat or chest? difficulty swallowing saliva or fluids?
@@izzomoses7994 Yes, I had those symptoms and also nausea starting ever morning and more. For me, venlaflaxine helped a LOT. I guess I am sensitive to stress. The bisoprolol helps with the PVC but never trully gets rid of it. I was a mess back then. Now, I am 99% ok.
The lecture was great...... Cleared all doubts regarding PVC......
Thank you sir for such a wonderful presentation.
This was a really great presentation! Thank you.

Did you have PVC induced carfiomypathy?
Are you ok now I hope you are
hope you're doing great Steve. 👍🏼
Well sorry I never got back sooner it been over 4 years since my last ablation still getting them I’m afraid
I helped do the CAST trial. There was no doubt that type one drugs all increased mortality 2-3 times the placebo arm.
Short Coupled PVCs is dissapointing. How do i know if i have that? R on T? I thought it only was a problem in ischemia / long qt
Indeed! The R on T literature is so confusing
I use to feel all my heart beats, even the normal ones, so I felt the PVC, then the pause, then boom! It was hell.
Now, I just feel the boom.
What changed?

I started taking metoprolol and then bisoprolol. bisoprolol is great as it reduces the contractions of the heart.
