Really enjoyed your video Kay. You are so relaxing to watch. The simple things in life are very underrated but they are the best. My hubby Ray and I love our garden and he makes it look beautiful for me. I have MS and am wheelchair bound so I can't participate as such, but I can give my input😄. We are really enjoying the birds in our garden at the moment, they have a good feed at the bird station and then they have a refreshing dip in the bird bath, it's so lovely to see. Take care my lovely and give Echo and Rory a kiss from me, they are beautiful ❤️ xxx

Yep birds do sunbathe..I have rescue hens and the first time I saw them flat out in the sun I thought they had collapsed 😅

A lovely relaxing vlog.. You live in a beautiful location for walks and days out..great scenery, exercise and fresh air. I enjoy seeing the Brit scenery..Your garden is lovely too.. we are hoping to fix up our little back yard.. it’s not big or green but a patio area for sitting, reading and having a snack would be great. I do miss home and the English weather. Here in the US it gets very cold in winters and extremely hot in the the summeris…was in the mid 30’s Celsius today in New Jersey! we tend to stay indoors in the AC! And kids are on summer break for almost 3 months long!! Always tricky trying to find things to do! I do miss putting the laundry out.. love the fresh smelling clothes.. Not a common thing here in US. Never had allergies in the U.K. only started once I moved to the US but much better now.. I like the natural route. But possibly the pollen gets on clothes as they dry outside...local wildflower honey which should be started many months before, quercetin, a little apple cider vinegar..anti inflammatory diet, reducing dairy/sugar. Nasal irrigation helps too. Looking forward to your next vlogs. Thank you

Hi from Barton ☺ (Originally Hull). Just been catching up with your flog. Don't push the trellis into the ground, the metal is not top of the range and will perish. We've had a couple and its best to just support the legs with 4 pieces of treated wood, buried and fastened with tie wraps, cant see them once the plant has grown. Also B& M bird food is full of wheat that the birds (except pigeons) dont eat. It will sprout in your garden. Buy the No Mess if you can. Best wishes to you both ☺.

Awesome video, just a few things that can help with hay fever (I suffer with it too) local honey a teaspoon daily, some Vaseline or balm round your nostrils to prevent the pollen from getting into your airways. Of course the pharmaceutical remedies of antihistamines and eyedrops to soothe those eyes. Hope you have a wonderful day.

How hot does it usually get there in the summer? I was so jealous when you said it was 20! It's routinely been 38+ here and humid, it's so miserable and dry out. I used to get a lot of hayfever, but doing allergy shots really helped. If I do get sinus problems, steam helps the most! Taking long, hot showers and holding a washcloth to your face can really work wonders. I hope you feel a lot better soon!

Regarding hay fever: As someone who’s had allergies for 42 years, the best (more) natural remedy I’ve taken is Quercetin. I buy mine at health stores, but Amazon has it too. The ones I take has Bromelain (a digestive enzyme) as well, which is supposed to increase absorption.
Quercetin supposedly reduces inflammation, and I have definitely noticed that my hay fever is affected by my diet. If I eat a more anti-inflammatory diet 🥦🍠 for a longer period when spring/summer comes around, it’s not as bad. But alas, I tend to eat more unhealthy food 🍟🍨 unfortunately …

I love spending days at home in the garden. We was without our garden for a few months due to the garden in the house above falling into our garden! After months of builders we have it back and I spend most my time out there. I totally relate and it’s so calming. You really appreciate your garden when you don’t have it.

One thing I have done to help get rid of the garden/farmers tan is to were long socks on my lower arms to help balance skin tone out faster. But regardless you are Beautiful, best wishes.

In this day and age because of all the chemicals, pesticides, hormones in food and air pollution most people have allergies, haiyfever and breathing problems. I was listening to a poscast with the doctor that is the head of a toxicology department and he was talking about the fact that through eating certain foods, living in a poluated environment we are slowly poisoning our bodies. It's scary and people don't even realise it. Most children now have allergy problems, etc.
When I was a child growing up, I never ever heard anyone who was allergic to something and I new nothingabout hayfever. I'm 40 and up until 4-5 years ago never had an allergy or hayfever, but now I'm more ro less the same as you.
I was told to regularly consume local produced honey. I found some about a month ago, I'm I'll start eating it regularly and see if my symptoms will improve.

It's a public foot path, it's just a mud path you can walk on in the countryside.
