RESIST Idols In the Waiting!! | mini Bible study

I pray this topic blesses whoever hears it. I'm 100000% still growing in this area and have to deny my flesh often so I can always stay in alignment with God's plan over mine. Let's learn from Exodus 23 and not be one's to bow to idols and false images of what God truly has for us, because we're becoming impatient with the way God wants to move! His plan is ALWAYS better, and if we lean in instead of resist and take control, we'll see that more and more each day.

Wow , what a word and you stepped all over my toes because i have tried to move out of God's path and make my own and then realizing it isn't working and then have to go back to God and ask for forgiveness because i was disobedient , and I made things worst but I knew God's plan for my life was the best but I got impatient like the Israelites ,but with God their are no mistakes and I want to thank the people in my life that keep me encouraged ...

Good good word!! In regards to the conviction you referenced in watching the movie, I've come to really be okay with conviction. I've not always moved wisely after it comes but it can be such a great catalyst, a turning point to put us back on the right path. 2 Corinthians 7:9 ".....not because you were made sorry, but because your sorrow led you to repentance....".
