Itinerary Of Api Base Camp Trek:
Day- 1 : Kathmandu To Dhangadhi,(Attariya): (Time: 50 minuts by plane or 12/14 hours by bus)
Take filght from Kathmandu to Dhangadhi for a 50 minute if you are from Kathmandu. You can travel by rode also. it takes 10 to 12 hours ride from ktm to Attariya and you take rest there.From airport you can reach to Attraiya around 20 to 30 minute by taking Taxi or Riksaa.
Day-2: Attariya to Makarigaad(Time: 10 hours )
You can find Jeep from Attriya to Makarigaad. if you are unable to find jeep you can also find bus and you can hire scorpio. Note : scorpio and bus will go only for Marma Latinaath it won't go for Api himal Makarigaad.so you have to find jeep for further rode trip . you can make your trip comfortable as you want.
Day-3: Makarigaad to Khandeswory (Time:4/5 hours trek)
Trek will start from Makarigaad. after trek of 4/5 hours along beautiful 8 thousand steps over the makarikot Hills you will reach to Khandeswory Market. where you stay a night and of course you can research about locality of Khandwswory.
Day- 4: Khandeswory to Khayakot(Time: 8/9 hours)
You can start your 4th day journey from khandeswory to khaykot with beautiful and Natural scenario.In this day its better to have lunch in Naali Hotel. wich is located in the village Ghusa.
after trekking 8/9 hours in a day you will reach to Khaykot where you cant take rest.
Day-5:Khayakot to Dhouli odaar(Time: 9/10 hours)
From khayakot you will walk along with chamealiya river in opposite direction. the river fall down and you will have to climb up. with the combination of jungle and river sound you will reach to Simaar to have lunch.finally you can reach to dhouli odaar for spent your 5th night.or you can reach to Basecamp directly from khaykot if don't spent you much time to hang with nature.
Day-6:Dhouli odaar to Api Base camp(Time: 1/2 hours)
From dhouli odaar you will reach to api base camp around 1/2 hours it depends up you.while you reach to base camp you can have your lunch or setup your camp if you have otherwise you find there temporary hotel. After you finish setting up the camp you have to visit Kali Dhunga lake . It's almost 3 km from Api base camp to uphill . The lake Kalidunga is located to the right of Api . After visiting Kali Dhunga lake you will return to your camp and enjoy the night with cold weather and a campfire.
Day-7: Visit Rindepani Lake And Starting Point Of Chameliya River
After having breakfast you can visit Rindepani Lake which lies in Left side of Api. We can get to Rindepani Lake after a 1 and half hour. It is very very exciting to trek Rindepani Lake side by side with Api Mountain. Rindepani Lake is surrounded by Mountains and you guys can snow skate near Rindepani Lake.
Some information about expenses:
Transportation:
Ktm to Dhangadhi: Flight charge starts from 4.5k to 10k i am not sure
Ktm to Attariya : Bus charge 2.2k to 3k It depends up on you what type bus you prefer.
Attriya to Makari gaad : Jeep :3k, Bus:1.6k to 2k.
Meal:
Full meal: 200-300 while you trek uphill the price will increase but most probably not much more then 300 .
Tea:25-30 or may it costs more
breakfast: it depends up on you what you love to have but not much more option to have.you can try some local foods.

Mahendranagar to Makari samma transport expenses chai around 3k jati lagxa. ani khana ko 150 dekhi 300 samma parxa so tyo hisaab le stemate garnu na. within 20k vaihalxa hola.
