I have that condition that makes me very sensitive to sounds in a way that it enhances in aggravation and discomfort like if I hear eating (Trisha paytas is the worst) it makes me react extremely negativity. I swear this channel is helping to calm my nerves and find comfort in noises that would normally make me want to panic.

I feel like few people genuinely care about me and I don’t really have anyone I feel comfortable talking to about what goes on in my head.
