It's great to hear about your experiences and qual. These quals and experiences make good work opportunities. But I have been honest with everyone in regards to the chances of each type of individual carrying different fields of expertise.
In your case, chances are slim. This is due to several factors, but mainly due to the Persian language. Iran is huge with technological related jobs, but they are taken by local Iranians. Their technological and engineering universities such as Shareef Univ. amd Amir Kabir Univ. is among the top universities in the world. Students from their get placed in technological jobs insode Iran.
On top of that, your Army based experience will backfire in Iran due to the politically sensitive nature of the country.
Nevertheless, try to explore the website provided in the video and description (irantalent), and you will see many jobs there. Upload your resume there. It worth a try!
