Apart from the technical side and screenplay , the song 'Kanmani's apt replacement makes a huge impact.

Manjummel Boys (2024)... excellent survival thriller. Reminded me a bit of another fantastic movie, Thirteen Lives (2022) about the Thailand cave rescue.
However, the 2 movies had totally different themes and focus. Manjummel Boys is a story about a bunch of ordinary people surviving against terrible odds. Thirteen Lives was about a group of the best professionals doing their best to save a bunch of boys under much more challenging conditions... Both movies, excellent in their own ways.
