Those who cannot afford it, they are waiting for death in their states also in WB. Only the super rich in WB can afford to visit USA for treatment. The problem of WB is that it has now in the bracket of BEMARU states and its ruling power is pushing it more towards the deadend. The recent survey by Govt. Of India revealled that people of WB is spending most of their income for medical treatment but the satisfaction in most cases null. So who have the capacity they move Bangalore, Vellore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai or USA.
