When are the other funds from Roundhill coming out...if they are handled like QDTE and hopefully RDTE......I just might switch to all Roundhill with the exception of NVDY and MSTY. I'm talking about AMDW, AMZW, MSTW, etc...
Just did some cleaning up my portfolio. I got rid of IWMY and added CONY instead. Also got rid of QQQY and added MSTY at a great price, 23500 in capitol appreciation I did not expect that. Today i dumped ULTY and entered AMDY. All these funds i dumped i have collected more in divs then the NAV erosion so technically i am ahead. I think my next move is to get rid of one of my steady eddies, which is PDI and put it all into SCHD. SCHD will give me around the same amount each month and has more potential for capitol appreciation then PDI. To me i think i have a great portfolio but it took some time. I will not add anymore high div etfs and concentrate on building up SCHD, QQQY and VTI. Yieldmax has been life changing, but Defiant has been very disappointing!
I’m a big fan for both QDTE and XDTE. However, should we be concerned that every distribution so far is being reported as Return of Capitol? On one hand I like that we would not be taxed on it and the NAV is holding up. Definitely a question for Dave!.
This is great, I am also going to buy QDTE and XDTE when I hit my 100 shares goal for SPY. So, 104 shares of QQQ, 515 shares of SCHD and now 21.5 shares of SPY (planning to get to 100 shares with next one year). QDTE and XDTE in 40% and 60% divide is how I see it as a great divide between the two to avoid the NAV erosion while making weekly dividends.
I agree they are huge for most of my investing life I was thrilled to get 10%. The last few years have been about 25% a year. Occasionally hitting 30% per year average return over the past 5 years.
Same Max. I am hoping to load up once I see performance on the line of at least QDTE. Good luck my friend. After a while you won't need luck, you just buy it.
5:14 yeah I've been able to take the emotion out of my money. I got 50k sitting in qdte and ulty and I feel NOTHING
Can't believe people complaining on 20 plus yield. The more the yield more the risk.
Spoiled brats lol

that is a feature, not a bug. now you don't owe cap gains tax on the dividends until you sell shares or reach 100% return.
@@RobOToole1 is a taxable or non-taxable account recommended?
Non taxable makes these much easier to manage.
Return of capital is simply a tax classification. No concern needed.

Khmer's morning show today - he went on a 45-minute rant bashing jay and you ( not by name ) but, he says he keeps bashing YM behind Jay's back..
That was his boy Matt’s opinion. I doubt Jay will ever go on his show lol
I like XDTE for a taxable account. Holds share price so far.

Any strategies to generate income and not just read off spread sheets thanks
Looking forward to RDTE 👍

400k is not wealthy
You underestimate as usual. Time to go back to the drawing board.
