The last commercial (5:12) about the people on the bus, is totally on point!
It is applicable to any country or organization... unless you are literally helping to make a difference (like to help push the bus in the right direction), then you are just part of the problem.
So stop spending all your time pointing fingers are others, and instead get out there and make a difference.
