Thanks for taking your Venza off road because I’m definitely not taking my Brand New Toyota Venza off Road 😄😂🤣!

Same here! I am living vicariously through your actions... I am watching this as I am sitting in my Venza :)

@@dawntreader007 I thank him for trying that but, I’m sure I’m not going to put, my Venza through obstacle course. 🤣

I was pleasantly surprised by that outcome, the Venza clawed right up.
Usually there is a delay with some crossover’s traction control systems, which results in roll back, but not here.

Happy to see that you're still here! Thanks for the continued support!

I really like eCVTs. They are smooth yet so tough. They essentially don’t have any internal wear components so they really can last forever, even under extreme conditions.

Thanks for sharing, and as far as CVTs go the eCVTs are probably my favorite as well.

@@EngineAdventures I don’t trust a traditional CVT. Some are decent but definitely not anywhere near as tough. Big no for me

@@Thissandthathow is a Toyota eCVT not tough? It’s not really a CVT, if you are thinking of a belt and cones. Really bad naming.

@@ky314 I’m saying they are! It’s a planetary gear set with two electric motors. I believe the most reliable and robust transaxle

Very impressive. That testing is beyond what the vehicle is designed and intended for.

Thanks for watching! For sure it is, but it does help show how the AWD system actually works, which can be useful for show covered roads

I've seen some video of an RX 350 getting stuck in the snow really badly I'm really surprised that anyone would make a car so expensive that is a sport utility vehicle... And can't handle itself in the snow...
Good for Toyota on doing better.

I was pleasantly surprised by the capability of this Venza. Much better than I expected.

@@EngineAdventures do you know if it can sync the wheels in the back and simulate a locker ? It wouldn't surprise me if it was doing that. It did that well.

I don't believe it has any mechanical limited slip, but it may use brake based limited slip, because you're right, it did perform well.
