The version with the Heads compartment gets even better - as Captain Steve said, you access the forward cabin through the heads but this door folds down in a clever way, so you can access the cabin with a corridor arrangement (during the daytime).
i dont mean to be offtopic but does someone know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid forgot the login password. I would love any help you can offer me.
Wonderful boat, and it is on my shortlist in being my next boat (the 37' XC with the optional back cabin). I would have specced the test boat with Mercury's Joystick Control though. It's a lengthy boat and is challenging while berthing in a crosswind (as are all boats of this size).
Capt. Steve, I want to thank you for another review of the Axopar brand. I was wondering if you think that these boats will be available with the boat leasing company that was recently started?
The only shortcoming on these near-perfect boats is no open rear entry to the cockpit for trolling. That's a center console issue that no one I know has addressed yet. It would be nice to have side pantograph or pocket doors and an open rear cabin somehow. It would be cool if you could have a fully fiberglass and glass rear cabin wall, but it would split and fold back to where the pantograph/pocket side doors stored so you could have a nearly open cabin and cockpit. The rear doors would not be convenient to open, but they would be able to open during the hot part of summer, and use isinglass as a closure. Then you could seal them up in fall and winter and have side access. I dunno just daydreaming.
They run flat, they run fast. But it’s still that separate heads option that wins the day. The previous models had the toilet in the main cabin under a seat. I had that in a 40+ year old boat worth $1000 25 years ago.... I say to the designer how many $200,000 living rooms have a toilet under the sofa?? It was a huge mistake on the first build and nice to see it finally rectified.

Hi all, please set your reminders for our 1 pm premiere. We should be joined by some experts from Axopar as well as Capt. Steve!
would love to see a test episode on a Sea Cat 260!!
All I can say it looks to be the perfect boat. Comfortable over night stays, water sports, fishing, etc.... it does it all and looks great!!

These axopar boats are just awesome!

@Dante Kyle Instablaster :)
Can you trailer this boat
It's great to see you back out and on the water :)
Very impressive thank you captain Steve for your detailed and easy to understand review.

Such well thought out boat wow
I would love to see you test the shadow 900 in either the suntop or spider version.
Just love the low center of gravity
That is a mean machine, looks great going at full blast. Cheers
I have 28 ttp 2017 have fuel tank cracked 4 month axopar didn't fix the issue dont expect customers service
Not sure why they went with an all rope anchor. For what the boat offers, I would expect some chain.

Hi Cpt Steve, having driven both boats (old and new 37) with different engines - old 350 and new 300 V8 - which engines do you prefer and why?
Hello Spyros, feel free to write to Capt steve here: captsteve@boattest.com .
Me who's never going to be able to afford this: "gray seating? NEXT"
It's actually highly affordable for what it is...
Great thankyou. Any toilet on board, di I miss something?
yes, there is a head, you missed it. 3 minutes in

Great review/insights. Thanks!

Yeah, back in the days, the outhouse was outside or down the backyard. Now they put the toilets right next to the bedrooms (ensuite) or under the bed.
They need an option for the new MercuryRacing 450’s.
You have to purchase the Brabus Marine variants to get the 450r
It’s like if they introduced a Mercedes Benz Engineer to a SeaRay Naval Architect.
The Finnish sure know how to make boats. They also know how to use knots at sea.
No fish boxes
Niiiiiice❤️
It's the boat NBA super star Klay Thompson has.
Looks like a converted police predator boat
Soooo small inside ! 😢
At the boat show a sales guy told me this boat is great in big waves. LMFAO! they say anything for a sale.
Yes see other video...
healthy skepticism is healthy, unhealthy is not. you could miss out on a truly well-handling small boat in rough waters - look it up

That boat is not attractive at all to me.
No real fishing accommodations, pass
