I HAVE WITNESSED THAT NEIGHBOR. I used to work for a board up company and we were on call by the cities in the regions we worked for. The fire dept was finishing putting out a two story house. I was walking around taking measurements when the next door neighbor came out and started yelling at the fire dept to move their truck while they were cleaning up and rolling up their hoses. I was astounded and they were pissed at his attitude.
Have to admit I stopped being astounded by self-absorbed, entitled assholes decades ago. My eye muscles still get lots of exercise from the eye rolls, though.
Not even a firefighter and I have seen this. Elderly woman took a misstep and fell on her wrist in the parking lot outside of where I worked. I have first aid training so I headed over but a middle aged woman got there first, announced that she was a nurse, and proceeded to try to haul this poor old woman up by her arm! It was turning into a bit of a situation so I retreated inside for help when the "nurse" marched in just as I got to the part in the story where she'd said she was a nurse and she heard me. Started flipping out on me because that wasn't what she'd *meant*, she wasn't really a nurse, she just wanted to move the victim because she was blocking her SUV!
My mother was an EMT and a nurse. She would have loved your content. She's told us so many stories about Going on calls and nursing as well. When she was on call for the ambulance, if there was one flake of snow that fell from the sky, she would put her uniform on. I asked her once why she did that and she said, "As soon as the first flake falls, people forget how to drive." Sure enough a few minutes later and her radio would go off and she'd be gone half the night.
Hahaha your momma had it right! When I was an EMT and a CNA, I'd just throw my shit on and go on ahead and go in! Better to be there when the snow falls, than have to drive in it and wind up as a patient -- because nobody down here knows how to drive in the snow.
I have no doubt your mother was a top-notch nurse. As a newer nurse, those old-school nurses are always the first people I go to when my patient is circling the drain. And with the skills gained as a first responder, I can imagine that your mom was a valuable resource wherever she worked.

This channel is the best!
Omg Jason , great videos ❤
as a firefighter myself, I can relate to your videos, So amazing!!
Love your EMS videos! Worked as a dark room tech in the ER of a major DC hospital. Oh, the things we saw! I can totally relate! 🤣
Just found your channel, love it!
I love this guy genuinely funny
Just saw your ad. Good job!!!!
Dam Straight fire news coverage needs to be like this!
I love these videos :)
This was awesome!
So we found the firefighter version of Angry Cops. Nice.
Yeah basically
Am I the only one who thought Gary Chancey was played by Donut Operator for half an instant?
Just found your channel
Hope you keep making more of these
Those knee socks got me
LOL. I get the biggest laughs from your channel .. Cheers from Australia 👋😊🤣
I mean, they kind of do this with our wildfires now. The last big one that almost burned my house (for the third time) had a media staging zone with Serious Mustache Command Guy giving play by plays. They had a drone team with heroic shots and everything.
Mustache Guy was going to punch that fire in the face, no fxs.
Just when we think what will Jason come up with next?....HERE WE ARE. Great new video!
Holly wood seems to have lost all imagination for new movies. Maybe you should apply as a screenwriter! 😂😂💕💕
Firefighters are so awesome
I've only just recently started to see your posts, and just seen one from 4 years ago!
4 years ago...!!!
You are absolutely rocking!
Much love from the UK!

Bro you saved my life yesterday, i was replacing my gas cylinder and i tried to test it out by opening one of the burners, and the fucking gas cylinder caught on fire, the fire was as tall as me(185cm) my mind quickly went for the water since it was the closest, but i remembered BECAUSE OF YOU that'll make it worse, so i got a towel, closed the gas hole/intake THAT WAS IN THE FIRE, blew the fire a couple times and it went away, could've done something better than blowing but i never experienced this sort of thing and my mind was trying to go for the safest route since after closing it the fire started to decrease slowly.
Thank you so much for both saving my life and saving me from an embarrassment, cant call my dad and say "hey i burned the house by changing the gas cylinder!"
Hi , how are you doing today ?
I hope you are doing great 👍.
Am Amy.
That was absolutely GREAT!😂
Love your channels! It really brightens up my day. 😂
And you're very funny and HANDSOME! ❤ I love bald men who look like they could do some damage...to a structure fire😅lol
Keeping this officer happy.
Simply brilliant 👏
I officially made it through all your shorts lmao 🤣
@FireDepartmentChronicles I was wondering if you stopped making videos. I know you must be incredibly busy saving life, but you also have talent in video production. Don't let that talent go to waste. :D
