Jesus calls us to love the unlovable and the people nobody else loves and that may include some of the poor immigrants coming here for help and asylum. Have you folks considered some might be Christians who belong to Jesus which makes them our brothers and sisters? I'm so sad at how they are hated and stereotyped. FYI, the only native Americans are the native American Indians. Leviticus 19:33 When a foreigner resides with you in your land, you must not oppress him. 34You must treat the foreigner living among you as native-born and love him as yourself, for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am the LORD your God. Micah 6:8 He has told you, mortal one, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God? The Lord watches over the strangers; he upholds the orphan and the widow, but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin. Psalm146:9 For if you truly amend your ways and your doings, if you truly act justly one with another, if you do not oppress the alien, the orphan, and the widow, or shed innocent blood in this place, and if you do not go after other gods to your own hurt, then I will dwell with you in this place, in the land that I gave of old to your ancestors forever and ever.
