The sexual desire so intense and sometimes painful. My solar plexus was triggered and I can feel when he thinks of me or pulls on my energy. So lonely when he pulls back his energy and I can't feel him there. Neither one of us is actually ready for each other in the physical world. I instinctually started to move the energy to work on the heart chakra.

Then breathe out as you let emotions from others as you speak them out 24/7 as we stay closed to ourselves to stay in the authentic self. The higher self is not busy with others then him/herself. Sounds egoistic as we leave the age of believing others as we blindly follow them in these uplifting frequenties from 7,2 Hz is fear and anger and now on 70-90 Hz is the frequenties of the heart is unconditionally love.
