I resonate with all of this. I have recently just quit my full time job and career as it was making me miserable and depressed not having much time to myself to do what I enjoy, regardless of how much money I was bringing in and saving. I'm now working a simple part time job a walk away from my flat which covers all my bills. Fortunately I've never taken on any debt the last few years, have no finance, mortgage etc and have recently cleared any debts I did have, so my monthly bills are pretty low and can be paid for with part time work. I cant put into words how much happier I already feel less than just 2 weeks into this decision. I'm single, live alone, and just walk to the gym and back. Thats my life currently and i'm so happy. Right now I'm working on some hobbies that make me happy and have the potential to make me some money. I'm looking forward to the future more than I can ever remember doing. All the best bro
I wouldn't recommend sales to everyone, it can be a challenging career path but if money is the ONLY consideration, then you won't earn more money in any other field. Recruitment is the easiest way in, lots of trainee recruitment consultant positions and you will learn a lot very quickly but it will be tough. Highest paid fields are medical, finance and software but you'll need at least 5 years experience for a high-paying position. I know how suffocating debt can be but paying off even a small amount each month and sticking to a budget, you'll be surprised how quick you can pay it down.
You sound like the old man that wants to downgrade his life cause it is too stressful to live in a house any bigger than a broom cupboard hahaha. Definitely low T. I am 45 and my T is through the roof. I think genetic factors dictate how you handle stress regardless of exercise. More is more.
