The equation for higher number of teachers for Sumi and Ao is simple because they have more villages and schools. So it is illogical to deprive the two tribes for further recruitment for the next 10 years. If PTs makes 56% by four tribes alone in Nagaland, I mean the rest 13 tribes comes to only 44% which shows the corruption recruitment policy in past years. Bro sumi has 2644 pt teachers and Ao has 1559 thats huge numbers. That means the other 13 remaining tribes excluding the four mentioned tribes by the advisor only constitute few hundreds by each tribe. So how do sumis and aos have large recruitments without advertisements. The only answer is backdoor appointments. So its only fair that these two tribe's are exempted for the next 10 years to allow other tribes for justice. And trust me bro if every department goes for this type of scrutiny again Aos and Sumis will suffer the most because everyone knows the power of an MLA and these two tribes have 11 and 10 MLAs respectively. I am not implying that other tribes are not involved in corruption but Aos and sumis holds the most departments with their respective ministers and it will be a huge loss to both tribes if these activities are carried out by all the concerned ministers in charge. Bro recruitment for PT are usually conducted district wise base on their indigenous certificate (for instance ssa 2010 and 13 exam )and posted only in that district . Also they cant be transferred to other district( except with post , usually people who prefer dimapur do that 😂 ). I think you are over polarizing the subject . Ofcourse if this is applied to dimapur it is debatable but i am sure our advisors was speaking district wise here given the excess recruitment in those particular districts. just an opinion. Bro. He is talking for PT which is mandatory for local teacher in their respected villages or joristiction. This is not about tribalism, when Sumi & Ao is already filled in their area than what's the problem? Many teachers appointed in remote areas from other tribes failed to perform their duty due to some difficulty in communication with the students on languestic problem or other reasons. So teachers in PT level have to be local people of that area.

The Post of Advisor is not an Office of Profit, and the very nature of Advisor is only to advise on matters referred to by the concerned department before forwarding it to the Minister incharge for final approval. However the present ongoing statement of the School Education Advisor looks like He is holding the very Office as Minister incharge, therefore it appears to be Office of profit and so he must resign from his advisory position..

Bro recruitment for PT are usually conducted district wise base on their indigenous certificate (for instance ssa 2010 and 13 exam )and posted only in that district . Also they cant be transferred to other district( except with post , usually people who prefer dimapur do that 😂 ). I think you are over polarizing the subject . Ofcourse if this is applied to dimapur it is debatable but i am sure our advisors was speaking district wise here given the excess recruitment in those particular districts. just an opinion. Correct me if i am wrong .

Any such statements should be made in the way of how public can accept, simply just saying that tribe will not be recruited for decades because they have good strength is unjustified statement...

Bro. He is talking for PT which is mandatory for local teacher in their respected villages or joristiction. This is not about tribalism, when Sumi & Ao is already filled in their area than what's the problem? Many teachers appointed in remote areas from other tribes failed to perform their duty due to some difficulty in communication with the students on languestic problem or other reasons. So teachers in PT level have to be local people of that area.
a proper statement through govt would have been better than just out of sudden giving the statement that certain tribes will not be recruited for 10 years is controversial statement.
Language problem, not performing their duties, irregular in the school etc... are most common in Nagaland, so it will be better if they are their own people.

The Post of Advisor is not an Office of Profit, and the very nature of Advisor is only to advise on matters referred to by the concerned department before forwarding it to the Minister incharge for final approval. However the present ongoing statement of the School Education Advisor looks like He is holding the very Office as Minister incharge, therefore it appears to be Office of profit and so he must resign from his advisory position..
Primary Teacher should not be recruited base on merit but on the base on locality of Language.

Backdoor appointment policy is creating incredible wide gap among different tribes of Nagaland on ground of both development and employment. Barring ao and sumi tribes from teacher's appointment for ten years is very wrong but heavily concentrating employment and development on some particular tribes or areas just because they have better and more capable MLAs and ministers is also very wrong, partial and unjust.
56% of p/t teachers from sumi, Ao, Angami and konyak isn't a joke😱🙀🤯 for the equality of job opportunities nagas in general not only sumi and Ao but these 4 tribes the nagaland govt should look into the matter seriously.
