The biggest problem in this country is when they stopped with people who were doing inspection in different areas of work. There were inspectors in each provinces. The inspectors would inspector the school's , changerooms( toilets , showers etc) the .condition of the school, teachers giving lessons , condition of the classrooms.
There were health inspectors who would go around all shops , restaurants, takeaways, confectionery, bakeries.
There were inspectors who visited hospitals and clinics. Bring them back and things can change, but unfortunately ✋️💰🤫

It ended when nursing became a career not a vocation, I once saw a child die in a queue in a clinic bcos nurses didn't hear when the mother cried saying her child had a fever and was dying. She came in with a child and walked out with a blanket and it was heart breaking, I wish for our health minister to come and visit our clinics in Soweto and see the contempt we are treated with, just like this lady. They come in at 8 and walk around talking about umjolo wabo and start working at 10 and at 11 it's tea time. Hence some people miss apartheid times cos then nurses knew why they woke up in the morning.

My child at the age of 25yrs old passed on because of this treatment of what some nurses character in these clinics and hospital.Their attitude stinks for they don't care. You wonder why they went for nursing instead of performing drama as their are models in a wrong space. That's why nursing has lost dignity because of the bad apples who are not called into this profession .They just jump because of their needs first and not know that nursing is a calling.
