I really hope that when it comes time to swap out the drivetrain you pull the cab. That’s the ONLY logical way to do any major engine work on those things. They are designed to be worked on that way so it’s surprisingly easy to do. A person with experience and a lift can have the cab up in about 30 mins. If I were you I’d take your engine trans and t-case and swap the whole deal over.
I went to body school. And the way trev explains shit is gold!!! He's really good at clearly explaining the process and what each thing actually does. Without running his mouth too much too. I gotta hop over and watch the sunny stuff soon!

I think people aren't thinking about the big picture it's a good deal because not only are you getting your driveline but you are getting what you need and the revenue this video will bring will help with the cost. It's a good deal but alot of work.

2013+ lariat trucks with the factory rear sub you can’t just plug in a different amp and sub for it to work correctly, You may be able to use the stock amplifier and wire that to the sub box you have. I believe the stock Sony amp and sub in the truck works off of the can bus. It is a question that comes up every now and again and all of the 6.7 forums. I also recommend while you have the interior apart you upgrade the touchscreen to sync 3.4 which is in the modern trucks. you’ll have Apple CarPlay and faster, haptics, and response times on the display. Sync 2 is kind of laggy and buggy and hesitancy to freeze up at times. You can piece the parts together for cheap or go to a conversion company and have everything sent to you in a kit and it’s all plug-in play. No modification no nothing. Everything plugs right in and works correctly as it is Ford OEM parts. That is one of the big reasons why I prefer a steel body over the aluminum body as you can upgrade the tech to be on par with a newer truck for half the price.
you really should do a custom flatbed with an aux fuel tank for race gas pull out drawers for a full set of tools and a generator/welder bolted to the underside. with the way your wedge trailer is set up you have a good chance of hitting the bed rails when turning into a driveway with any incline or decline
The truck is going to come out minty fresh like a brand new truck. Because the prep work is done professionally and the paint is done by Trevor who is a perfectionists.
I want to see a transparency video of a full break down what happen with the vegas shop and josh it's way to spicy not to mention and you could spare someone else making the same mistake.
