- Today I'm testing the best drugstore liquid lipsticks in a side-by-side all day wear test to see which is the best of the bunch! I'm hoping to make Makeup Showdown a recurring series on my channel, so let me know what you want me to test next! These top drugstore liquid lipsticks are some of the most raved about, so I want to see how they perform compared to one another. Even if the final winner isn't a huge surprise, hopefully you find the wear tests helpful or at least entertaining!

A foundation one would be nice. Elf, believe beauty, fit me, etc. In same formulas (matte for me)

@@slashedbeauty yesssss! Wet n wild photo focus would be another good one to include! There are a lotttt of drugstore foundations so to keep it easy, might keep it to $10 and under. The ones i mentioned are my favorite so far from the drugstore.

Do you find them to last longer on you than they did for me?? I was surprised because I remember them being more food-proof when I tested them when they first came out!!!

i love the maybelline liquid lips. they are drying but i just apply the clear balm you get with the covergirl liquid lips and im good to go
that's a perfect hack, Ash!! I usually do lip balm underneath so I don't go crazy. I think you might even be able to buy the CG balm separately... 😜 thanks for watching and commenting!

The Maybelline one has worked well for me but Honest Beauty is my new affordable favorite liquid lipstick, so comfortable!
I actually ended up loving the Honest ones! They were a surprise for sure! Although I do find them to transfer, they don't really fade all too much throughout the day!

I use the clear Cover Girl balm sealer over the top of a nude lip liner for my daily.

Have you heard of/tried Karity lipsticks? I won some in a giveaway and I was genuinely surprised at how well they stayed with like zero transfer and not being drying.

How do you feel that the Rimmel Stay Matte lipsticks compare to these other liquid lipsticks?
I prefer the Rimmel Provocalips for the long lasting power. They're both slightly uncomfortable to me but the Provocalips has that top balm and lasts longer
I hate long wearing lipsticks. They make my lips so sore :(. I sometimes wear some light satin matte, but that's it. Are you having a cold?
I always make sure my lips are prepped so that they're not uncomfortable in matte lipsticks. Especially during winter I've been pretty religiously exfoliating and doing lip masks, it makes a huge difference! Nope, I don't have a cold lol do I sound like I do?
I'll try the Maybelline. I hope I dont look like a clown, because thick lipsticks tend to do that
start out with thinner layers! You don't need a lot- it's super pigmented!
