Africa should scrap the Presidency and replace it with an Executive Council of at least 5 members -- just like Switzerland's 7 member Executive Council. The country administered on tribal basis. On the same token ethnic/tribal politics is not entertained and it is illegal in the Kenya. In Ethiopia the constitution gives the right for self-determination for tribes/nations-nationalities. Both Kenya and South Africa have the constitution-foundation but requires some more education to change the attitude of their people to come of the tribal-identity politics.
