      He’s a genius! Helping other channels big and small do great things , good things not just stunts, gaining thousands and thousands of subs each time he does and it’s massively helps those channels, especially smaller ones get exposed to huge audiences showing what amazing content these smaller channels have. He’s also got VERY involved in search and rescue, of missing persons , people who get lost and stuck on vehicles, recovering vehicles,boats and aircraft off federal and state land, bottoms of lakes etc, usually doing it for free. This is generating a massive number of supporters /subs who like to support do good Chanel’s with amazing content. He said a bit back he was changing his business plan and focussing his channel on recoveries to help others, recoveries that seem impossible & doing colabs with other channels . He can use his huge sun count to do things & colabs thst might be hard otherwise, like the Cleetus McFarland, Whistlin Didsel, that underwater search and rescue channel, off-road racing companies, track racing organizations,, like his winter cabin series, invites RUclips’s biggest influencers for a week at a utah cabin with every snow vehicle possible , flies them in his UH-60 Blackhawk there, gets into shensnagins with them and these huge channels like Logan Paul, Cleetus McFarland , Roman Atwood, extreme sports legends vlog the adventure and he gains hundreds of thousands of subs. And then gets invited to their events and colabs on their Chanel’s. He’s a truly good dude too helping smaller channels and and non RUclipsrs on serious need of help . He’s been ALL over the news too helping search for big national missing persons cases; Dylan Rounds, the teen girl in Tahoe, the remains of that horriffic murdering husbands wife and children in utah , some of which are still missing, (Dylan & the woman’s remains, he found the elderly couple in that national search for them in their RV finding them using his helicopter in Nevada mountains got them rescued then went out and recovered their stuck RV in z Nevada got it back to them. He organized the recovery of that utah private pilot and aircraft in central utah. He’s been all over the news doing these at no cost , just volunteering his equipment , employees time , helicopters, fuel etc to help others and it’s burnt noticed all over. His new business model is paying off massively but also allowing him to do more and more helping other people in need of his resources. Some say his growth from it is Karma, some say just the results of a genius business plan but I personally believe he’s being blessed by God for using his platform success for good, the more good he does with this axing opportunity, the more he’s blessed to help even more people. On a smaller scale, Matt’s Off-road recoveries blowup, he recovers people snd vehicles for free and is sblr to do free recoveries because of his RUclips. Channels success & couldn’t have happened to a better family! I Love seeing good RUclipsrs that help others get the viewers and thanks thru deserve. It’s a great business model on RUclips more should do. I mean actually doing good with their platforms.

      Lol helicopters scare me. I’m always amazed watching how insanely far planes and keys can glide under no power , so controlled and calm usually making it to a field or airport. The RUclips compulsions are wild. The 18 minute video of an F-16 that has an engine fire over Nebraska with 3 other F16’s he stayed so calm with a FIRE then puts it out and glides for a good 15 minutes making an airport !??? I didn’t know heavy fighter jets glided so well too especially the Viper. Tho heavy D says they’re safe, youtube compilations and news stories about civilian and military helicopters crash landing doesn’t seem like they have the control and time of a jet . RUclipsr CW LeMoine a retired F-18 & F/16 US Air z force then Navy fighter pilot just got his helicopter license & said he loves flying helicopters because of the “challenge” 😮 he says flying a modern 4th generation fighter jet is much easier thsan flying a helicopter!!! US fighter pilots who also became instructors snd advisary enemy air instructors are some of the smartest , mentally capable people in our military , so if he’s saying it’s hard to fly helicopters, I’m assuming very! So not super confident in helicopters I went on a fly/ride along with a UHP helicopter crew , (my brother w is a cop that now is the one lowered by winch in search and rescue , he was the first on scene at Ken Blocks recent snowmobile accident /death (RIP Ken)) so I got to sit left seat to a pilot with a bad ass white curled mustache he’s had since the Gulf War flying AH-64 Apaches. Already nervous and without a current call he flew west to the farm fields and asked if I wanted to experience a simulated RPG attack on our helicopter. Once in a lifetime for me I said yes and he climbed on elevation and then said “smoke at 3 ‘ o’clock dumped the note down and to the fight , felt bertvle my stomache in my throat . Nearing an alfalfa field he pulled up hard till we were pointed at the sky rolling right s d leveling off. I think I must have looked terrified caus he started laughing and asked if I was ok .lol terrified but one of the coolest experiences of my life.
      As u said too many moving parts . Too many vital to flight parts and unfortunately our helicopters don’t have ejection seats and parachutes like Russian /Ukrainian military helicopters. I’d love to own and fly one but like I worry about my brother daily and having lost a close friend retired Kiowa light attack helicopter pilot in Afghanistan for US Army Aviation, survived 6 combat tours in the Spinghar mountains , 2 controlled crashed by AK accurate fire, he lost his life with 2 biologists in a routine , what he called low stress flight job compared to Combat recon, attack, overwatch, close air support , convoy escort role. I’d rather be in a plane with a good pilot that knows the protecalls in an emergency and has lots of glide time to react and glide to safety.

      I was the same until I started turning wrenches on helos and now I know helicopters on average are actually safer than fixed wings. But yeah the running joke in the helicopter world is that they don't fly so much as beat the air into submission and it lifts up the bird.

      @MZ-bl6wg Год назад +2

      Great point! Good example also is Matt’s Off-road Recovery (another awesome channel & dude) was asked to help a utah boy scouts project coordinating with the national Parks service which just really gave them permission & a timeline thinking🤔 to get 3 vehicles that stupid people ghost rode off a southern utah cliff , 2,500 feet to the Grand Canyon like bottom by a river where no roads go and the rusting vehicles were polluting the water source for wildlife etc , a seemingly impossible task , tho the government could hs e paid helos to get them thru don’t , so the kid asked matt and his channel to help but as matt said it was way beyond his scope, anyones really so he collabed with Dave Sparks channel having all the Tank & militsry recovery vehicles , 10x10 Army trucks , Helicopters Even a Us Naval Special Operations SWCC Combative Rigid hull diesel jet boat he uses to retrieve vehicles from lake beds & even recovering missing persons found in their vehicles in lakes . Dave accepted with excitement & brought his US Army HET Abrams Tank recovery & transport semi & 2,500 feet of cable , hit team repelled to the canyon floor and spent the day strapping up the wreckage’s and lifting them up the cliff with the HET and transporting them out! All at no charge! They search & rescue & recover missing people in their vehicles that get stuck like the nationwide search for the Oregon couples rV that didn’t follow schedule & didapeared somewhere in Nevada, Utah , Arizona and Dave found them using one of his helicopters in the Nevada mountains then convoyed from utah to get their motor home out & back to them. He continually aids in the search for Dylan Rounds , 16 year old that went missing under suspicious circumstances. The Nevada Sherif agency with jurisdiction looked for a couple days & then left & wont allow a volunteering Utah Sherifs department to take over and keep searching/investigating , so Dave goes out and flies his helicopter looking & even got rare permission from the FBI to use some top secret thermal sensor/drone that can detect bodies that have been buried. The company that makes them called him & said it’s an FBI only tool but if he could get their permission , they’d send him a drone to use to search the farm. He got permission and searched. The poor parents now rotate shifts at the utah farm looking for him as funding dried up quick for search and rescue but Dave still helps , state and federal agencies aside.
      Matt’s Off-road Recovery recently was contacted by the family of a private pilot who was killed in a crash on the top of a mountain , his body was recovered but the still in tact plane was still up there on federal land & they wanted it cleaned up!?? The widowed wife being held responsible for clean up ??? Subs and the private aviation community contacted Matt & he organized a tiny window the feds or state gave him to drive his 4x4 recovery vehicles up this terrifying mountain with a trailer to somehow put it on by hand, clean all blown around debris off this steeeep mountainside and THEN required to use rakes & tools to scrub the crash site and tire tracks so the hill top no one ever sees in this remote range doesn’t have impacted scrapes in the soil that surely wouldn’t get naturally resolved by nature . Matt set it up and did it , for FREE . Wild thing is Dave Sparks did essentially the same thing!! Then there’s smaller but important actions like Matt’s off-road recoveries channel and Trail Mater Moab Off-road Revovery channels daily charitable recoveries of broken vehicles on trails and remote places, rolled vehicles, people thst are stuck and lost and they do MOST of these recoveries and rescues AT NO COST!!! That’s to your point! They always say that they can do these free recoveries BECAUSE of their RUclips channels & the income it provides always thanking the subs sincerely.
      What an amazing thing for a needed service to be able to be done by private citizens working together , supported by their subs yo accomplish these great and often nearly impossible tasks!
      I 100% agree & would just add it’s SO important to support these channels as subs as the YT algorithms don’t, like, subscribe, comment, thr bell, watch multiple videos. From the channel in a sitting helps push it a lot. It’s important to support greatly these channels that do good! I just had a video of whistlin diesel destroying a pair of $45,000 Nike boots? And a recent destroying a new $400,000 Mercedes G63s , ma y of his videos literally throwing away hundreds of thousands of dollars because he he’s tons of views and $ but it’s SO sad that such a youtuber making millions doesn’t use it for good & seems to enjoy it irritates people throwing away that money instead of doing something socially responsible or helpful. Perfect example is Dave’ sparks channel , with millions of subs and his diesel business making him rich , his content revolves around doing huge massive things to help others for free paid for by his RUclips income. Search and rescue, cleaning up the environment, helping others who have nowhere to turn , these are the channels worth supporting becasue like they always say, the more successful the channel, the more they can do and help! What an amazing simple concept. The government can only do so much , if they’ll do anything, but you’re also going to get stuck with s massive bill, so support these channels so they grow and can do more & thr more successful, thr more people start channels and hopefully some of them choose to do the same. Matt snd also Dave’s channel would be my fantasy dream! To be wealthy enough to just help others thru off-road recovery and helicopter /boat services. Make a living off just filming & showing the world what we humans can do to help each other.
      Bytheway didn’t mean to trash whistlin diesel , his content entertains millions and millions of people and not at others expense, I just feel personally the millions of dollars literally wasted destroying expensive vehicles, aircraft, goods , at last in part could go towards socially helpful content.
      Another bad example being that Olympic gold medalist snowboarder extreme sports guy used his best friends death as a scape goat to fly his ashes to spread but planned and executed ditching his plane mid air after “ engine failure” and no attempts to recover , skydiving out following the ghost flying plane into national Forrest , not far from civilians cabins and hikers crashing potentially starting a Forrest fire in already dry fire prone California national Forrest,..all for content on RUclips! That’s the opposite of the hood channels, putting lives and a potential horrific Forrest fire at risk ditching a plane intentionally and lying about it and then ignoring the FAA and NTSB helicoptering the wreckage away before demanded investigation and having it crushed at a salvage yard!???
      Support these channels, I’d argue don’t support the others but my opinion and hats off to these great channels collabing! What a great way to grow both channels! Millions of subs exposed to other hood Channels & like this one it allowed this privately owned heavy lift helicopter company get put in front of millions and millions of viewers , priceless essentially free advertising costing them just a days responsible thankfully recieved service of their specialty no one else could do. A company that employs a number of US Military combat veteran pilots , flight engineers, load handlers, flight & ground mechanics & even purchases retired US z military helicopters & equipment from military surplus auctions which money paid goes back into our military GDP.
      There’s a new video of Hazard Lee, an active duty US Air Force F-35A combat fighter pilots channel colabed with the first ever fighter pilot advisary air contractor to show how their company purchases US Air Force surplus 4+ Generation F-16 Fighter Jets for millions and millions of dollars a piece and hires only THE BEST US military F16 combat veteran pilots /instructors and crews to provide Advisary simulated enemy air for our active duty military pilots to train against in actusl simulated air to air combat . They even have painted their F16’s in the color schemes of our most likely near peer threats our fighter pilots will be facing. Irans green/brown/tan desert camo, Russias blue camo & China and DPRK’s grey camo schemers . A US fighter pilots startup company , employing vets and their skills, buying surplus jets recycling the money, relieving military tax dollars from military advisary departments spending far less contracting to a private American defense company. They’re beginning a RUclips channel and used hazard Lees channel colab to fascilitayr it . AWESOME!!!
      It’s amazing what RUclips is capable of providing to those who actuslly care about bettering society & using their channel and in some cases wealth to help others while also benefitting their own channels & family , compounding the process!
      Thanks for your very relevant & important comment & viewpoint .

    Great to see the two channels collab on something. Chinooks are really awesome helicopters. I was lucky enough when I was in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets (sort of like your ROTC in the US), and flew a few times in Chinooks. They are *loud* inside! And one of their capabilities they practice, they showed off tous one time...flying over a frozen river *below the tree tops* and full speed! It is pretty wild to look UP at the top of the trees out of the aircraft's windows! Then they did something even better. They had everyone get back in their seats and strap in. Once everyone had done so, *and they checked!*, they opened the rear cargo doors! We were maybe ten to twenty feet above the frozen river, and following all the curves and overthink like Trend does when he follows a valley, except 10-20 feet off the ground! Exciting for us...but something they train at for combat situations.

    I was on a crew that built a ski lift.. we had to fly in and drop huge steel lift towers onto pre poured slabs, line up the bolts holes, unhook and bolt it up... and we did the slab pours from a bucket under the chopper... all at elevation (thin air).. fun stuff but dusty

    Great way to handle this work. Less invasive and safe way to go. Best part it is really cool. I have worked around Chinook helicopters bringing in logs and sitting them in rivers for fish habitat. It’s really cool being underneath them.. Thanks for sharing.
