If your hair is too short,you can shampoo and condition everyday but when it grows like an inch or 2 shampoo once a week and u don’t need to go to crazy on the conditioner
to an extent but u still need to use it. once a week is good, just make sure you’re using a moisturizing shampoo and not a clarifying one. clarifying shampoo should only be used like once a month. that’s the one the can be really stripping but it gets a deeper clean that’ll remove any product buildup.

Meditate. It grew back my receding hairline. It was receding at the temples and the peaks were almost gone. I started meditating and my hair became thicker and filled back in. I now have a full head of hair, no receding at the temples. Plus there are other benefits. and I'm in my 60s.

Wear a bonnet to sleep and get your hair wet everyday and apply oils(I shower every morning)
