There is a time limit fixed for the judgment of the particular case which is to be declared in the court. Unlimited endless period of the cases not allowed in the judicial process for the fair judgment. We have a fundamental right to find proper and fair judgment in the constitution .
Are you trying to create doubts about the the narrative in this video, & why? Obviously, there seem to be some loopholes in the rules quoted by you, which, unscrupulous lawyers use, to delay the cases beyond the time limit.
