Half sane & half insane question!! Yes if you want you should but you can travel on ordinary passport as well, they won’t ask noc but Pakistan immigration asks, visa chances I don’t know your condition don’t know where you work nothing how I can say ???

Secondly we have travel Uk, turkey and Singapore together and Japan ,Thailand, Dubai separately
