I’m looking forward to the next video. Making changes on patterns is one of the things that most concerns me with the projector.

I think the concept is brilliant.
I think the technology will improve ease of use.
I could easily have cut out at least 2 patterns in the time it took to fiddle with the fabric and projector.
The videos were all very helpful and I appreciate your help.
I can see in the future projector designed to download and adjust patterns once software companies realise this is the future.. as long as we don’t have a blackout.

Really really really interested in projector sewing but anxious about making changes. I need FBA and back hump (old age) adjustment. Can't wait for your next video! Thanks for all you do!

Thanks so much for this wealth of information!!! You're a huge help!! How do you get your iPad to connect with the Vivimage2 by wifi, please?

When you set up your projector, you will be promoted to connect it to a wide network. Make sure you iPad is on the same network. When you start up the projector, a menu will display- choose iOS Cast. You will then choose Screen mirroring on your iPad and choose the option for your projector. Screen mirroring is located in the control panel, and in the latest iOS is found by either swiping up from the bottom or swiping down from the upper right corner (depends on your iPad model).

Thanks,Kim. I would love to use my iPad for projector patterns. I got the Affinity app, but I’m totally lost on it! How do I transfer my pattens to Affinity? Thanks

On the Home Screen for Affinity Designer, click “open from cloud”, from there you can go into your files on tour iPad. Just choose your pattern and you are good to go.

Do you have a link to what you’re using as fabric weights?

Unfortunately, I don’t. They were sold by Stretch n Sew back in the 1980’s. My mom and I both got a set.

kim how do you download to your ipad and then how do you find them once you help me get em on, I'm a windows gal, kids bought me an ipad to drive me crazy,

Next time I get online to grab a pattern, I’ll do a screen record. The “files” app should be on there, and those are folders just like windows.
