Hide of the Urchin / Mystical Mail/ Brest plate of Valor
Qins / Jottuns
Frostbound / Fatalis
Titans Bane
I PREFER Auto Attack builds for him

it doesn't reset cooldowns they are just on separate timers. So if your ult has 20 secs on the cooldown and you go berserk (which last for 20 secs) then you will have your ult again.

I do straight tank, tank boots, gladiators sheild, shifters, mystical mail, shoguns, and depending on the team i might get stone cutting if im playing for kills if im playing for straight supp then the last item is situational i also start with blue stone teir 1 boots health chalice and 2hp pots cus 20hp per tick
