And I see benefits to get it done for myself... glasses may not slip off as much, there are styles that I like that don't look right to me right now. XO Pi, your patience has been rewarded with how you love the way you look now. Cosmetic surgery,in the hands of a doctor who is highly skilled, can be a game-changer for someone who needs a confidence boost. Sometimes, just giving yourself time to grow into your adult self can change your perspective and learn to play up/down a particular feature with the use of contouring and highlighting powders and applicators!!
I'm guessing you have recessed jaws due to premolar extraction/orthodontics and/or a tongue tie, which is in turn due to improper tongue posture at a young age (not keeping your tongue at the roof of your mouth), both of which cause the face to grow long and the jaws to be recessed and fall back. I have the same issue...it leads to a weak chin that gets saggy earlier. It's too bad all doctors and dentists don't teach people proper tongue posture at a young age.
i've noticed SOME people i know are more beautiful in their 40s than when they were in their 20s. i also noticed the exact same opposite. i guess if you were really beautiful when you were young, there's nowhere else to go but become ugly as you age

Exactly! Most celebrities we know and love have features that make them instantly recognizable: Julia Roberts' large mouth, Harrison Ford's crooked smile, etc. While plastic surgery can improve one's looks it shouldn't flatten everyone's face into the same (pretty, bland, non-specific) one.
A lot of the “ beautification” seem to involve erasing characteristics specific to one’s ethnicity. People all over the world are going to be wearing the same face.
Ivanka (literally means little Ivana) has the money, so money wasn't the issue. She had a beautiful mother, Ivana Trump, whose money, beauty, and success were important to her. With Ivanka being raised by a highly successful businesswoman, she most likely learned to care for her appearance early on, especially being in the molding industry at a young age. We don't know how severely she may have been teased and bullied over her looks when she was younger, so improving her physical appearance may have helped with her insecurities. Again, money would never have been an issue for Ivanka, but a lack of self-confidence may have been. Words can wound deeply, no matter how wealthy one is.

@ks9610 this and similar comment keep bringing up her face during court. The court had nothing to do anything but its brought up just to troll. She's a beautiful girl and wasn't ugly before but yeah her nose and chin made her look so much better but lets be honest. They are making her out like she looks like present day Madonna level of scary. Usually people who don't like the surgery version of people would still try to say something nice like aww she was cute before. But nah it's not like that for her cuz of who her dad is. Now you don't have to think she was ever pretty but how people say things are a good indicator that they just like the person and don't want to say anything nice.
Chin implants may improve one's profile, however they are the bane of anesthesia providers--when the patient doesn't admit to them. A chin that recedes is an indication of a difficult airway, which is important to know for airway management. If we don't know about the chin implant, which makes the chin appear to be a normal risk for anesthesia, the patient's life can be endangered due to unanticipated difficulty oxygenating and/or intubating during anesthesia. Please people, do what you want to your body, but PLEASE let us know what you've done. No judgement, just safety.
@@lynncrf Yes to anything superficial. Maybe if its a surgical mandibular advancement that involves bone graft and/or plates. Best to tell your anesthesia provider nontheless.
I remember in the 1980's, ppl really didn't touch their face until their 50's or 60's. Why are so many young ppl in their 20's and 30's doing fillers and procedures they don't need
Because they're basically insecure and think that having surgery will make their lives better, which it rarely does. Loving yourself comes from within.
No one from the few reviews I have read has mentioned the fact that her makeup is applied in such a way that it enhances her look. Plastic surgery and makeup can really make changes.
@@UberLummoxYes, you are correct. I was hoping she would be the rebel in that family, and stand up against ole’ dad. I’ve been sorely disappointed. In her defence though, it would damage a person a great deal when unaccepted by those who should cherish you without changes. It would have hollowed me out. SAD LIFE.
She had extremely extremely thin hair all her life and if you’re a little bit older you might remember that so I guarantee you must of what she’s got right now is extensions to make it much thicker.
Ivanka had more plastic surgery before appearing in court to testify on her Father's behalf, in NYC, at his 2023 trial. The work she had done was so obvious. I'm hoping you could point out what she had done then.
I saw the 5 min. news vid of Ivanka's court appearance. I can't say I thought she's had more plastic surgery recently, but the plastic expression on her face and her whole demeanor while walking to the courthouse made it clear that she thinks every public appearance is just walking the catwalk.
There are a few things I hated from fashion as a teenager and in my 20's: low rise jeans, skinny eyebrows and pale lipgloss. I hated those trends and refused to wear them. But the gaunt look trend is huge no from me. I'm in my 40's and luckily I still look a bit young and I attribute that to having fuller cheeks. Why would these young actors, influencers and models permanently alter their faces so drastically? It ages them, it looks like they have no bounce or collagen to their cheeks, and it makes them all look alike. No one is unique. That is really sad imo.
I haven't had any job done, but my face naturally has almost no fat in my cheeks. I have intense cheek bones. This year I will be 39, but people tell me that I look somewhere between 21 and 32...
It's called Buccal fat removal. They get that patch of fat, way below the surface of your skin, taken out and once it's gone then u can't get it back. They think it makes them look high fashion but Idk that a trend like that is gonna look nice at the age of 60.
Sometimes, a feature throws off the whole face. The chin implant really balances her face nicely. Her nose was not big and it had a nice character. It's a shame people just don't stop. They remove all traces of ethnicity and uniqueness.
When I was younger I really wanted to get rid of my huge nose with even bigger bump... now I love how I look, distinguish and, with a little of make up, even classy. It definitely fit my face, cannot tell if a smaller nose would do the same... My suggestion is: Wait until you really deeply love yourself before going into plastic surgery, in this way you are gonna be realistically satisfied with the result
I have a huge nose, and I was only insecure about it at 12, when it seemed to grow before the rest of my face. At 13, my coke bottle glasses were my insecurity. Starting at 14, no more I securities... until age 50+, lol. Sag is worse than a big nose!
When I was younger I had a neighbor who was very cute and got attention wherever she went. One day I was in her apartment and saw a framed photo on her dresser. I thought it was her sister. Even though the girl was average looking I could see the similarities. I asked her about the photo and she told me it wasn't her sister, it was HER. I was stunned! She said when she graduated high school her parents gave her the nose job she'd always wanted. What a difference it made. She went from average looking to someone who turned heads. I couldn't believe a simple nose job could change someone's appearance that much, but all you have to do is look at Megan Fox to realize it's true.
I'd always wanted a nose job because it was uneven nostrils and curved to the right. I mentioned it to a surgeon I was seeing for another health issue and he told me about "chemical nose job," a tiny tiny bit of a super thick filler just in the tip and it straightened out the split cartilage. It's very subtle but changes how I look in each picture
@@Ckawauchi35 I agree completely. I have no issues with my nose but I have seen some of those rhinoplasty before and after pics and my god - the transformation from a single procedure 😱. I feel like it would change me from average not bad looking to stunning.
I'm 41 and only now I have wrinkles like late 20 year olds. Good natural serums and moisturisers as well not too much make up and sunblock all perfume free. I've only started using tinted moisturizers since I was 38 due to sun spots. It's crazy when I meet 40 year olds how old they look compared to me. I'm never using fake things or doing surgery even with my ugly nose. The people who must love me, love me. And nobody loves me more than myself. Self love is all you need to be beautiful.
Based on what you say at 2:59, I wonder if she would have done better to get a chin implant first, before any rhinoplasty. Let it settle and THEN decide if you need anything done with your nose. Prominent noses can look so amazing if they suit your face, but her chin was so small that it might have thrown the harmony off.
It’s not uncommon for doctors to suggest a chin implant along with the nose job. It balances out the rhinoplasty. This isnt the first time Ive seen the nose job/ chin implant combo done on ppl.
Considering how badly her mother aged despite the multiple face lifts, I would have thought that would be a huge warning to Ivanka, then there's the case of Kimberly Guilfoyle...big red flags to those who wish to mess with what nature gave them. Guilfoyle has aged a lot when you look at her in the past 20 years.
I guess people don’t care until it gets to them. Plastic surgery is only short term beauty that will fade fast. Natural is always better than artificial.
Kimberly was so pretty. All of that has made her look like a malformed plastic life size doll. Awful work. I keep thinking they can’t see - to be altered so far from anything people look like!
@@TheRougefish but she's definitely interesting looking, character we used to call it. All this cosmetic surgery tends to make people look very artificial....living in Europe I noticed the difference in appreciation of aesthetics. European taste tends toward uniqueness and authentic sense of self. In the US people would tell me I was cute or pretty, but in Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Finland and Hungary I was often told I was angelic or beautiful -- I was actually quite surprised as I'm small only 5'2" and a little curvy. But there you have it. Beauty really is a cultural as well as individual perspective.
I'm 33 with no fillers or facial surgeries. I look younger than her when she was 28. I've been using Retin-A since I was 24. It can be expensive without insurance, but it does work and keep the face wrinkles free and youthful.
@@graymatsI thought they were saying that it’s not necessarily plastic surgery or Botox or filler that could account for Ivanka being wrinkle free. I do think it’s odd that when celebrities don’t have forehead wrinkles in their early 30s people attribute that to Botox. I don’t have forehead wrinkles and I never had Botox. But Ivanka doesn’t seem to move her face much so maybe she has.
I’m 76 and the only wrinkles I have are laugh lines at corner of my mouth. People always ask why I don’t have wrinkles. I only use lipstick, no foundation and stay out of the sun.
I'm 75 with no wrinkles at all. I don't know why either. I can't believe I was blessed with great strong structure. I do use foundation, but I also wash, exfoliate and massage regularly. And I do stay out of the sun.

@@miaash3870 I've never heard of anyone getting fillers in their hands. Imagine how freaked out she'll be when she has 60 year old hands that bruise easily.
To Europeans, so many American celebrities have the same features; sure it’s attractive to look at but they all look the same. Nothing out of the ordinary or original.
I would love to hear your opinion of Tiffany Trump, pre and post wedding, Doctor. Major weight loss for sure, but she had had some major work done, I reckon at least buccal (sic) removal and heaps more. Any ideas?
@Sue Sue some age much better than others. Jane Seymour looks great and she is in her 70's. Lynda Carter looks great. Brad Pitt is getting up there and looks really good.
Also don't forget black dont crack. I just turned 46 in November '22. My profile picture is 18 months old, no photoshop. I dont have a wrinkle on my face. I also have 25 cats and dont leave the house...so there's that🤔👀🙄
I'm kind of off put by the way he's talking about "women over 31" and "women over 34" like they all look wrinkly and have thin lips. That's just not true. Lots of 31 yr old women look no older than they did at 27
04:25 I'm mid 40s, and my forehead area is very smooth, so it's definitely possible. People probably assume I have botox and fillers, and I would never risk my health for either one!
Enjoy! I didn't have any wrinkles until I hit 50 and started menopause. I'm 69 now and am naturally wrinkled but people still think I'm younger than my age. Life is an in interesting journey.

I’m so sad that she did any surgery. I absolutely love how she looked before. That nose is so distinct and beautiful!!I really hate that she changed it. She had a classic beauty look of old times. Now she just looks like a modern streamlined version that everyone has. Not the effervescent beauty she was before!
I’m 66. My aging face is a sign of my life. Who wants to erase the result of living life from their face and become a smooth wrinkle free plastic mannequin? Not me.
The United States is the country with the highest number of plastic surgeons. From 1997 to 2021, the demand for cosmetic procedures has grown significantly: 1997 - 900 thousand surgical procedures were performed. 2021 - 1.56 million surgical procedures were performed.
Although the USA is ranked as having the highest number of plastic surgeons, it is important to also look at what countries rank as having the highest percentages of plastic surgeries done each year! You will find the results interesting.
@@jjsanti3529at is more meaningful - stating the number of plastic surgeons in a country doesn’t tell you much without considering that country’s rank in population. Nether is that useful though without stating it in terms of per capita.
I wonder what she thinks about when she looks at her children, and sees the so called flaws she saw in her own face. Hopefully she won't find them unattractive, as she did for herself. They won't be inheriting her new face.
It’s a habit that’s learned and passed on by generations. I remember her mother Ivana was a plastic surgery fanatic in the 80s-90s because of her high profile (and competition). I see Ivanka’s little daughter and that was how she looked as a child. But this is a famous family in which women don’t much encourage natural aging.
I think she beautiful before her first surgery, she had an ethereal beauty that she doesn't now. I understand her having surgery, but sonetimes we grow into our features.
Now that I’m old, I think the best thing you can do to improve your appearance is smile! Marilyn Monroe said smiling was the best makeup, and now I agree! Smilingly is fast, cheap, and painless.
@@LeahS-e5i No. Pretty nearsighted, though haha. I am not a fan and I am just being honest in my opinion of her appearance. Compared to others, I think she truly could be SO much worse with the plastic surgery lol...At least with these pictures. Who knows what tomorrow will bring. She is still pretty young.
She is a beautiful woman, but I first noticed her neck. Where her face looks beautiful, her neck has lines across. I have noticed women really focus on their faces, but not on their necks. I feel some woman focus on plastic surgery and loose their real looks that made them unique. I think Ivanka Trump looked beautiful before she had anything done. Her features made her unique and showed her heritage. Sometimes I think woman focus more and more on plastic surgery, until they all look almost the same and loose their special features they had. 😇
She still looks the same before and now. Just suttle change from she was adolescent and adult. I couldn’t tell until you pointed them out. She was a beautiful child
She definitely did an uplift at the edge of her eyes! Whatever it’s called, she has had her eyes done. She looked Eastern European when young but not anymore.
She looked so much better without implants, her body was proportionate. Now she ruined her natural breasts which would have looked way better as she aged. As for all of the facial work she had done I don't think Ivanka looks so great, way too plastic. She should have stopped after the firs nose job and chin implant. A great example of plastic surgery gone right is Christie Brinkley. She didn't do much until she was older, and she only enhanced her already great looks to stay youthful. Not messing with her eyes/nose/lips which (imho) made the outcome and overall look way better. There are plenty of good looking people who ruined their faces with unnecessary work. Could you do a Liz Hurley deep dive, she looks amazing.
I don’t think Ivanka has had her shine longer or bigger. I think her jaw been changed now more softly square face very feminine, and classy, suits her and her personality I think. Always been sweet and beautiful 💜🥰🙏🙏🙏
For the most part, I look at the picture of a person before they had any cosmetic procedures done and I think they look fine. I can't see why they want want plastic surgery. It is obvious that I am one of the few people who feels that way. In my personal opinion, the only reason to have plastic surgery procedures done is if you had an accident such as a dog bit, were in a major car accident or had a deformity that inhibits your quality of life.
When I lived in NY, I would often see young Ivanka, the face on the left. Her father invested top $$ for her "now" appearance She participated in fashion shows, and she didn't seem to be very confident or graceful on the runway. I think she's pretty.
IMO, a chin implant, where 'needed' makes the most difference to a person's appearance. It makes one look more powerful and assertive. Not fair, but there we go!

@@lanafedoff8078 How is she a “liberal troll”? She’s just stating the obvious … jumping to insults is kind of extreme. Unless you
somehow have a personal stake in defending the “virtue” of the plastic surgery done by someone, who you very likely don’t know?
Thank you for this.
Does this risk still apply for genioplastys?
100%.
THANK YOU FOR HELPING US ARM ourselves with this education ❤😊😊
@@lynncrf Yes to anything superficial. Maybe if its a surgical mandibular advancement that involves bone graft and/or plates. Best to tell your anesthesia provider nontheless.
I remember in the 1980's, ppl really didn't touch their face until their 50's or 60's. Why are so many young ppl in their 20's and 30's doing fillers and procedures they don't need
Its call society pressure, not loving yourself
It’s rather frightening. And they all look the same in the end.
Because they're basically insecure and think that having surgery will make their lives better, which it rarely does. Loving yourself comes from within.
Because DJT's base is super superficial
Because fillers prevent lines from ever forming. But you are chasing your age forever. Personal choice
No one from the few reviews I have read has mentioned the fact that her makeup is applied in such a way that it enhances her look. Plastic surgery and makeup can really make changes.
yeah! her makeup is always on point and she has great style
Her makeup is just going with the current trends. We had a few years recently where harsher contour and highlighter were a thing.
Right, then add a side order of fascism and it really brings the (ass)whole look together.
SAD LIFE.

@@annedwyer797 could the plastic expression be Botox? 🤔
People also changing their look in the years of life. Like everyone’s els..! Everyone doing that so what..?
There are a few things I hated from fashion as a teenager and in my 20's: low rise jeans, skinny eyebrows and pale lipgloss. I hated those trends and refused to wear them. But the gaunt look trend is huge no from me. I'm in my 40's and luckily I still look a bit young and I attribute that to having fuller cheeks. Why would these young actors, influencers and models permanently alter their faces so drastically? It ages them, it looks like they have no bounce or collagen to their cheeks, and it makes them all look alike. No one is unique. That is really sad imo.
She looks good and natural
I haven't had any job done, but my face naturally has almost no fat in my cheeks. I have intense cheek bones. This year I will be 39, but people tell me that I look somewhere between 21 and 32...
AGREE 💯💯💯

Good advice!
Yes, Princess Diana had a bump on her nose and she was beautiful
Good for you, bravo....clean good. Chic.....stay great
When I was younger I had a neighbor who was very cute and got attention wherever she went.
@@AliValentine143 ah yeah I've heard those be called non surgical nose jobs

You didn't hear about features? Face balance?
I'm 41 and only now I have wrinkles like late 20 year olds. Good natural serums and moisturisers as well not too much make up and sunblock all perfume free. I've only started using tinted moisturizers since I was 38 due to sun spots. It's crazy when I meet 40 year olds how old they look compared to me. I'm never using fake things or doing surgery even with my ugly nose. The people who must love me, love me. And nobody loves me more than myself. Self love is all you need to be beautiful.
Have you looked at Melania’s pics for comparison? Quite changed. Eyes and nose especially.
Very true, but done tastefully ❤
Based on what you say at 2:59, I wonder if she would have done better to get a chin implant first, before any rhinoplasty. Let it settle and THEN decide if you need anything done with your nose. Prominent noses can look so amazing if they suit your face, but her chin was so small that it might have thrown the harmony off.
This. Yes!!
Totally agree, think the chin implant made the biggest impact, protrudes a bit but turned out well.
Absolutely agree! So many people start with nose jobs when a chin implant would be much better.
It’s not uncommon for doctors to suggest a chin implant along with the nose job. It balances out the rhinoplasty. This isnt the first time Ive seen the nose job/ chin implant combo done on ppl.
Excellent analysis.
Rigt, but most importantly, being UgLy on the inside doesn't help much either.
I was actually surprised to hear she’s four years younger than me imo the work she’s had done has aged her despite having fillers etc.
@akrnhsnc8469 - Per Dr Gary Linkov (another plastic surgeon who does video evaluations), face lifts can sometimes fail within 6 months!
Kimberly was so pretty. All of that has made her look like a malformed plastic life size doll. Awful work. I keep thinking they can’t see - to be altered so far from anything people look like!
They all looked well “done”. Artificial beauty is beauty too. Hope they work as hard to improve their inner beauty as well.

Ivanka was naturally pretty before.

She looks a lot better, albeit very different, than she used to.
She is poised in perfection whatever she's had done or not. She is ellegant and classy. 🙂
