I can say I had the privilege of spending quality time with Col Bal and Ma’m early in 2018, it was indeed a shattering news to hear first about his condition and then his sad demise. The phrase “Officer and Gentleman” is defined by Col. Bal. Difficult to swallow the lump in the throat. My Namaskar to Ma’m.
