I look at a lot of these videos, for various reasons. But these Sistas here are my favorite to look at. My lady dances and she's not the bubbly type, everything is business with her because everything is business! Voluptuous all day and all night!
Everyone making comments about the smiling I can guarantee have never taken a class of or performed technical dance... smiling is an option not a requirement in any area of dance for that matter... if these ladies wanna serve whatever face they want other than smiling it's up to them. Every team doesn't have to smile from ear to ear like the dolls SMH LOL I Hines didn't even notice the lack of smiling, I was too busy focused on execution...
While some of the comments are a little much, I don't think people expect them to smile ALL the time, but to at least avoid looking like they're aggravated, or ready to go home...lol. Dolls don't even smile all the time, they just smile where necessary and enough to indicate they enjoy what they do. It's a part of the pageantry of the whole thing, otherwise why wear makeup and have cute uniforms? Just show up in gym clothes and bust some counts. How can you expect anyone to be into what you're doing if you show up looking uncomfortable or like you'd rather be elsewhere? They could have definitely punctuated with some moments of smiles/enjoyment, especially on entry. It's not that hard. Let's be real. I can't think of any other squad where this was an issue, so clearly it's them. Doesn't make them bad at all, they're still talented young ladies, but I'm just saying the criticism is warranted.
No one is asking them to smile all the time but don't look you wish you were home and not on this dumb squad

Cadence Opera... That I agree, but various facial expressions do add to the overall performance display... I doubt very seriously that a huge number of the viewing audience have any knowledge to what technical dance performance and execution is; especially in that performance venue... I doubt that they even cared, outside of what's presented for their visual enjoyment.
GOD I LOVE MARCHING BAND SO MUCCCCCHHHH! Nothing better to be involved in than marching band in my.personal opinion. You make so many unbelievable conmections with others and have the time of your life doing it. Hard work that is so rewarding and fun to do!

Ladies,when you are strutting,you show your aura with smiles. Smiling was mandatory for our majorettes. Smile, abs should be tight,get them doing sit ups and squats, no fat showing, skin tight and taunt! Love the uniforms, know formal uniform sharp. Show up and show out.
Captain was FIRE! These girls look fine none of them had a 50 inch gut hanging out of the uniform, yes they could tone but they don't seem to be super athletic dancers that meet every week for gym or get weighed at practice. Stop body shaming and don't watch if you don't like.
I love band videos. I think the ladies look great; it's nice to see curvy women (with out surgery). Loving the battle mode mean mug ! I'm biased towards natural hair , but other than that, they look fine to me.
All of the Bands were very good however, I just liked Alabama A& M,'s style. I liked how the young ladies marched out with their uniforms the burgundy and white with their white gloves. They were on point.

I loved the girls dancing but couldn't get a great view because of the person who was video tapping their camera is to shaky and to much movement going on with the camera but what u seen was amazing I loved it 😂❤️❤️👑
sometimes I just hate people like the ones posting garbage about these beautiful educated black beauties people like this love to hurt and they feel so satisfied when they tear others apart they usually have kids that repeat the same behavior in school causing misery and pain to others so sad.
This is the most complicated cadence I've heard, starting at 3:41. Who has the best part? Bass drums. And they play the basses correctly, not beating them so hard that the sound is distorted, but producing a nice round, deep sound like a powerful heartbeat. Sophisticated drumming.
