FUN FACT: The flashing lights warning is a generic alert of Psych Engine for when you have YET to disable them in Options (you know it's Psych E. when the strum lines are symmetrical, the timer at the top, rating names, the extra menus)
So for most of the mods that do not actually have that kind of strong stuff you don't have to put the alert unless in doubt
