I omitted myself into rehab about a year ago. I was addicted to meth and couch hopping after my boyfriend kicked me out. My parents wouldn't take me in because of the meth. On top of that I've been struggling with anorexia since I was a teen. I've delt with depression all my life, its genetic, from my mums side. Growing up in an abusive house hold didn't help any. Once I started collage I did a lot of partying. From there I got into alot of hard drugs, coke, meth, pcp. My boyfriend of 6 years tried to get me to stop, but he couldn't. It took everyone leaving for me to go to rehab. I've been out for 2 months, I moved into my boyfriend's again, well soon to be husband now. I'm clean, am looking for a job, and helping raise my niece. I smoked my first cigarette in over a year and threw it up. I'm not mad about it though. I'm getting my life back together, I love myself and care about my body again. I'm eating again. I am so happy.
This makes me feel such a sense of calmness and clarity. It feels like you've just stepped outside of an apartment party to the rooftop to find that there's a storm engulfing the city scape. Instead of going back to the party, you watch the lightning dance across the sky and let the rain fall around you...
I'm so Terrified of thunder, ive had the fear since I was 5 it's been 10 years, but oh do I love it when it rains, it only rains when I'm sad only when I need it too only when nothing is right and I just need to cry, but oh do thunder storms make it worse.
I whole-heartedly agree, personally, since I live in the UK, it rains almost all the time - quite fitting, as i usually like to stay indoors and sit by the windowsill. It gives me plenty of time to reflect upon my life and its wonderful. How I love the rain, it is nothing but calming. Except for thunderstorms, which never fail to scare me.

Soon my wife during labor and my child with her. I fell apart. I screamed. I said "Why oh why me! I'm the reaper I got to be!" As I sat down in front of a big elegant mirror i'd ravaged with cracks and dents I stared through at myself. But as I stared into that mirror I spotted something behind me. A dark figure. A ghostly shadow. Turns out the reaper was not me... he was behind me all along.

of all lo-fi playlist I've listened to, this is my favorite because somehow I get irritated by the 'tsk' part of a 'boom tsk' beat maybe because it sounds too sharp for my ears and I prefer low frequency sounds idk and the muffled effect in this playlist helps a lot to minimize it!! The rain also makes it cozier and makes me want to be tucked in bed and just listening to this... Aah I love it so much! Also the dark room with led lights gave some sort of dejavu of my childhood I dont know what to say about that but I'm sure loving it ❤ I really like your playlist videos, please make more of this!!

His parents died when he was 12 and he’s been living with his grandfather ever since. The boy leaves the house into a near by lake a couple minutes away. He looks at the sky and says, “why is life so boring.” He then questions, “why can I only see black and white colors.” He hadn’t been able to see colors since his parents died and stopped playing with his friends. The boy questions if he’ll ever be happy and see colors again. The boy looks to the right of him and glares at an orange tree. Under the tree was a girl. He walks up to the girl and asked, “what are you doing here?” “The girl looked confused and asked, “I always see you here and you haven’t noticed me?” The boy got emotional and ran off knowing he couldn’t see her because everything he sees is black and white. She was next to the tree every time and was camouflaged making her invisible to his eyes. The girl runs after the boy as she tripped. The boy looked back at her as she started screaming, “please don’t leave!.” The boy runs back to her and helped her up. They looked into each other’s eyes as blood started running down the girls leg. They stare into each other’s souls. It started to rain but they didn’t notice. The girl didn’t notice she was bleeding and the boy didn’t notice his depression and boredom. The boy puts his arms around the girl and the girl puts her arms around the boys neck. They started to slowly kiss as the rain starts pouring even harder. After the kiss the boy opens his eyes to see all the colors he saw before. He saw her yellow shirt, dark brown hair, and dark eyes. He said softly, “thank you.” The girl responds by saying, I’m sorry about your parents I’ve been coming here to check up on you since you’ve been skipping school.” The boy remembers this Girl was the girl who sat next to him in the bus. He then replies, thank you again......I love you.” The girl then tells the boy, “I love you too.”
