It's a bit lonely. Seeing how some are purposely trying to manipulate me when I'm just trying to be welcoming of them. But I remember that at their core it is not about me. But their perceptions and knowing myself is key to not letting it get to me.
I'm going through something very similar. My mother is a malignant narcissist and I'm becoming more and more aware of her manipulation tactics. I see now that she never actually loved me. Anyway, your comment really resonated with me. Thank you!

Looking younger, more. Attracted to nature and need to eat healthy. Loving being in my own space
My frickin skin got so inflamed it was separating off my face and chest and neck. I couldn't take a full breath. Couldn't walk normally up stairs. Going in sunlight caused intense dizziness, nausea, rash inflamed skin, and would get ultra blurry eye sight with white flashes. Was bed riden. In 4 months I went from weighing 180 pounds down to 135 pounds fully clothed i am 6 feet tall. I am alone in a foreign country and nobody i called at home family friends would believe me or they weren't able to understand what I was saying to them. Almost died alone. Nobody would have known. A motivated myself to pull myself out of that place with the beauty of a special woman.
Some medicine, environmental allergies can cause this. Sensitivities. Irritation or skin harm or weight loss sounds like poisoning Hun.
Brighter skin and energy
My muscle structure enhanced after my recent awakening.
I have amazingly lost weight without any effort. I exercise regularly, but have never been able to maintain the body I have without effort. Now I eat healthier without dieting and have maintained the same weight and energy levels. My hair is thicker and nails stronger. I wake up each day rejuvenated and ready to learn and receive messages for the day. I handle the darker days with a calmness and peace I never did before.😊It has however been a dark, lonely and painful path.
