Whenever I get a cat with the prefix "Owl" and a tortie or calico pelt, I always imagine the wings of a barn owl. Probably not a massive help, but it could be some inspiration if you end up redoing Owlfur's design.

Ashpodelleg’s hair reminds me of a midcentury mom! Maybe he’s good with kits because of his go-with-the-flow attitude & brawny physique (good for protecting them and being a role model for the ideal warrior?)
Also the use of reference for Roachstar was excellent! Some artists feel iffy about referencing other character designs like that, but you did it very well!
Ashpodelleleg is the softest boi and must be protected at all costs!

Oh my gosh!!! I love them so much!!! but may I ask what brushes you use in procreate if that is the app your using?
Thank you! I use Clip Studio Paint PRO! I mainly use the default gpen brush. For the watercolorish markings I used a custom csp brush but I think you can get the same effect with a default gauche or watercolor brush
You should check to see if Disney is hiring cause they might need another design artist…

not sure if you've answered this somewhere else but which program do you use to draw? and what is the name of the brush you used to color the first cat, roachstar? it almost looks like watercolor and it's so cool!
I use Clip Studio Paint for my art and animations, it also recorded the speedpaints for this video!
For roachstar I used the default gpen brush for the outlines, I can't really remember the name of the brush I used for his markings but it was a custom brush made by someone else. Though the default gauche brush will have the same effect.

Sigh... Do you know hairless cats CAN NOT BE IN THE WILD!!??? Anybody, try to prove me wrong, I'll fight you! I have a hairless cat myself and of course I've had to do research. Hairless cats don't have fur so they can get cut up easyer, so walking around in the sharp branches,rocks and other things is a horrible idea. Also, they need to be warm all the time, cus, you know, the no fur thing? AND hairless cats don't have whiskers, a huge problem. And biggest of ALL, hairless cats DON'T HAVE regular cat instincts, so they won't naturally be ok at hunting or fighting. Also again about the no hair thing, it makes it a lot harder for hairless cats to stay clean because for a normal cat, the hairs oils would just suck up the dirty stuff and a cat would just lick up the oils so their clean, ok cool, wait, HAIRLESS CATS HAVE NO FUR. That's why you gotta wash them yourself or else they will get pimples and messed up skin. Ya so not fun. I know you were following the thing but come on man. Another thing that gets on my nerves about this is that another person all ready MADE FireClan!!! And no, you did just click the generator randomly a few times, you just kept going until you found a good name that you liked and that would pop out and get you veiws. Sorry, not trying to be a bad guy here but come on.. I hate when people do that with hairless cats and think nothing of it. Heck stray hairless cats are in some movies, and they look fine, just like any other hairless cat. But they should look very scared and with Infected cuts, gross messed up skin and is very dirty. 👍
While it is correct that hairless cats aren’t in the wild, it doesn’t hurt to put them in a fictional story about talking cats forming clans, right?
@@-Some_Random_Chicken-. Ya! Of course! I don't know why that upsets me so much. I assure you that i didn't write that comment to the person who made that, it was for the random generator thing. I've used it before and it kinda horrible tbh, because it makes very odd and unrealistic things like black cat with black spots, so the ai is a little janky. But i think anybody should be creative and do what they want, sorry about that, and i surprised you read it all! Cheer!
@@Jojo_RuhMaster yeah, the generator is a little weird sometimes lol. But yeah, I get why it could upset you. I’m a creative person but I do like to put a little bit of statistics in it so I understand why a REALLY unrealistic thing could upset someone

I can understand why she chose to. For me, it's hard to see whether a cat is female or male due to my art style without them.
