It doesn't look like you have any events underneath your house,or your Foundation. If it isn't ventilated Properly, it will build up mold Because of the moisture in your cross space.

We have two small vents on either side of the cabin but you're right I don't think it's enough. We now installed a dehumidifier, hope it helps.
