Asking the crowd to put down their iPhones, singing alone with his guitar... One hour of pure MUSIC. Really appreciate. Best music man of the moment, really.

You havnt lived until youve done the scare away the dark encore with Mike .Ive done it at least 10 times it gets me every time ..... Best one ever was in his home town of Brighton by the sea on a warm October night ..we could hear mikes wonderful concert and the sound of the sea ....an awesome night .
This may sound abit padantic but while watching him play fairy tales and firesides I noticed a pure ness that I strive for. The way he views life is like he see's something or feels something the majority of the world hasn't discovered yet. Take your dreams and stick them in storage. This may sound like I am depressed far from it, just wanted to share an observation of a man who if cloned would truly make the world a better place. This will sound crazy to most but there will be a select few who read this and know what I mean. This is for all the people who want to see and live life in a certain way but doesn't yet have the courage but artist like passenger give you that slight bit of hope.

I find it remarkable that in every one of his concerts, people clap during his rendition of Sound of Silence... I guess it's hard for some people to realize that his cover doesn't use the typical metronome tempo that most people prefer clapping to.
The audience is impeccably respectful in all other aspects. I laugh every time I hear/ see it in a concert of his though. He just laughs, usually stops playing for a second, and politely reminds the audience that this is not the song to clap to.

The most recent song that I wrote called "Hold On" kind of just flowed out of me the way he explains that "Let Her Go" worked. It's a little bit more optimistic, though. I'm not as talented as Mike, but it was inspired by him and I'm very proud of this one.
Obsessed with passenger. Number 1 fan. Favourite most underrated song is "travelling alone" go to 17:00 mins in to hear it!

discovered passenger trough Let Her Go in FEB 2013 when i was like 15 or something, At that moment i thought this is what he got, this is probably the best of his. two months later i went through his very old albums and saw that life treated him very bad ,he had songs that worth rewards since his first album" a wrecked man rest " and let her go was the key only for the world to see this amazing musician
