discovered passenger trough Let Her Go in FEB 2013 when i was like 15 or something, At that moment i thought this is what he got, this is probably the best of his. two months later i went through his very old albums and saw that life treated him very bad ,he had songs that worth rewards since his first album" a wrecked man rest " and let her go was the key only for the world to see this amazing musician

This may sound abit padantic but while watching him play fairy tales and firesides I noticed a pure ness that I strive for. The way he views life is like he see's something or feels something the majority of the world hasn't discovered yet. Take your dreams and stick them in storage. This may sound like I am depressed far from it, just wanted to share an observation of a man who if cloned would truly make the world a better place. This will sound crazy to most but there will be a select few who read this and know what I mean. This is for all the people who want to see and live life in a certain way but doesn't yet have the courage but artist like passenger give you that slight bit of hope.

I have to admit I did discorver passenger for "let her go" but why did that song go famous? I mean he has songs that have even made me cry, and sorry but "Let her go" is not one of them.
I find it remarkable that in every one of his concerts, people clap during his rendition of Sound of Silence... I guess it's hard for some people to realize that his cover doesn't use the typical metronome tempo that most people prefer clapping to. The audience is impeccably respectful in all other aspects. I laugh every time I hear/ see it in a concert of his though. He just laughs, usually stops playing for a second, and politely reminds the audience that this is not the song to clap to.
