Guys much thanks for this Killer session using the 5-0 Tables and rails! The only config that you guys didnt get all the way was the Aframe with the palstic coping connector. The angled plastic connector doohicky conects an Aframe, a rail- Kicker combo and many more. You just gotta remove the inner sleeve steel piece in the table coping, then the plastic piece sticks in there flawlessly. We also shipped out 2 of our 2nd Generation rails which ARE fILLED WITH SUPRISES TOO. ! Agian a huge thanks for this!
Piykerdad here. I work at Ramptech. Two more of the new improved 2nd gen rounds are on the way! Anyway the pipe already in the coping is to support the kicker plate where it meets coping. The plastic connector is for the A frame after removing that plate support pipe. There is an extra plate to be able to go left or right side. Great clip🔥 Piykerman aka Aaron😂 likes to use them on the halfpipe…. JD going putting on the vert ramp I bet.
I’d have loved something like this growing up. We’d end up grabbing 2x4s, PVC pipes, drywall screws, and other garbage and made the WORST most embarrassing ramps and rails. Had no clue what I was doing, but used what we had to make the most unskatable obstacles haha. Several of my ramps had Linoleum we found stamped on them to “smooth” them out. We even found a super old giant plexiglass satellite dish, tried to dig a hole to put it in and make a “mini ramp bowl”… first drop in and a wheel went straight through it launching my body to the other side making another huge hole. Hours of work for a dream crushed in seconds haha. My dad would come home shaking his head at all the garbage and crazy things I’d try and build in the back yard knowing he’d have to haul it to the dump after I failed. Got to hand it to him he was ALWAYS super supportive and let me find my own fails! Props to him for being a great dad.
Honestly, thats probably the first really solid bit of kit that the skate community has put out in a while. Alot of these types of things usually are geared towards a younger audience and not really skateable or have much life span when skated by adults. But this sheeeshh. Now, can i get it in the UK is the real question?
@@dieseldabz7104 how much would you charge for your said "better one"? In order to turn a profit from your time and craftsmanship put into the product, as well as materials. I would say its price is pretty okay.
@dieseldabz7104 That argument doesnt hold. That's like saying "I could build an iphone 14 myself so why buy one" because not everyone is a welder or fabricator. Look at the target market for this.
I’ve consistently watched this channel for almost 4-5 years. I rode scooters for envy scooters and never once tried a skateboard seriously. I’m right on the edge of doing this, but I need someone to help me and mainly people who ride to hangout with. A little inspiration.
About “vert ramp that fits in your car”… Not vert, but check out evolution ramps, and their inflatable ramp. From videos it looks very solid. I don’t understand how. Would be awesome to see you guys skate it.
Gaaaaabbbeee .. we need more of u shredding in these vids with the whole team.. full park full team game of skateboarding winner gets a free handshake from Derek.. and a hug from Jones
13:28 Combine them on 1 corner (turn one of them 180 degrees). Then grind one backside and the other frontside in one grind. I wonder if that would work.
Hey Ricky and Gabe! I was suggesting to Ricky a Video where you all compete to do all the 80's era Launch Ramp tricks. Note: The launch ramps were about 3 feet tall with a steep curve/incline. Not a straight ramp. I hope you are able to make a video like this. Everything from Rocket Air, Method Air and 360 spins. No flip tricks. All RETRO 80's Launch ramp tricks. Basically, most of the Halfpipe moves in Tony Hawk 1
that would be sick if you recorded a vert ramp session with a 360 camera so people could watch it in VR, would be a cool experience for people who have never skated vert ramps before.
Tell Ricky I still want my inward kickflip down the 5 stair. Also there was a request for “extra stink” which was not achieved. Also, no substitute variel flip for inward kickflip.
🔥 🔥 You guys have now convinced me to buy this I’ve actually been shopping around for a small box and rail and this is everything I needed. Also it’s going to be -6 here in the morning 🤣😭😭
Out of most of these ramps rails and things like this that uve all skated or exist for that matter this is some of the best quality especially for the pricr
@brailleskateboarding it's a great indoor park designed by Wesley Bower. He made it to be very mellow and fun for any skill level There are videos of it up on the Ramptech RUclips
You guys should make a video called "Ricky buys and wears pants." and you make him try different types of pants. I feel at this point i'm going to see Sasquatch before I see Ricky wear pants!
Could you not build it table table rail at the end? I feel like that would make it sick for everyone and still have the full table and rail at the same time. Plus you could start a grind at the table and end off the rail which makes the grinds way more possible
According to Nigel Jones, these guys are paid by the hour. This is the biggest skateboarding RUclips channel and they probably make as much as a full-time McDonald’s worker while Gabe and Aron rake in from all the brand deals. Brail needs to pay these guys a deserving wage since they are the only contributors.
If you paid attention to the interview, those were the reasons he left the team for a time. He came back, assumingely that they have come to an understanding on the subject. Nigel was super transparent
Always find it interesting how concerned people are with other people's businesses that know nothing about it. For all we know Braille is losing money. People always assume like oh they own a business they have millions of dollars. I mean in this video alone I see the super expensive build-out of an indoor skate park, a large commercial lease or mortgage, plus certifications, insurance and licenses. All the stuff that people don't even think about to stay compliant... All that being said... Given the choice for an equal wage (not even a saying what people are making)... For $20 an hour would you rather work at McDonald's or skateboard?
@@jeffgoggin1394 not to mention, all the guys in the videos are replaceable. No one is forcing them to be there. They’re getting hourly wage PLUS huge exposure

Dudes i would be weary with trying ramp to ramp farthest ollie with those.. it can get pretty dangerous if someone bails and smack their ankle on the edge of the landing ramp... i know because i broke my lwg doing that actually on a very similar object
I got a challenge for one of y'all on this set up... Who's down to do the ledge gap? Ollie on a ledge then jump to the next and off... Who's down for the gap?

FINALLY RAMPTECH REVIEW
ive been waiting for yall to review this
Happy to help :)
Best RUclips channel ever!
You guys gotta come out to skate the Ramptech rink in Alma GA. Its a whole park made of ramp tech ramps
Is it good?
@brailleskateboarding it's a great indoor park designed by Wesley Bower. He made it to be very mellow and fun for any skill level
There are videos of it up on the Ramptech RUclips
Caught the guyver reference 🤘
Yo this ramp/ledge combo is sick af !!! You could probably put both ledges next to each other as a wide kicker
Should do another vid with whole team playing skate on this in different variations
this is a super fun idea.
In 1998 people would yell at us to do a kick flip all the time, and this was In a small town in the midwest.
Rick you forgot Heart😂 lets be honest here it was one of the only shows on as a kid in Aus when we were growing up. Love the reference
Incredible already
Gabe did I catch Floor is Lava!?! Bring it Back!! BRING IT BACK!! 🤘👽🤙
Captain planet, he's our hero. He takes pollution down too zero!
1pm.....you owe us a drop in gabe
What that like?
Love the videos, wish I can meet but i am all the way in South Africa.
It’s -2 here in Wisconsin and we got 14 inches of snow with 50mph winds yesterday.
Put trucks on the Botton, like you did on a rail years ago. Also play a game of skate corn hole, were you also skate the corn hole board.
Amazing
That thing is pretty sick for $200.... Especially if you are in the burbs and cant get around much
$279 + tax...
Love thisssssss!!!
This is so awesome
That's crazy! I've never heard of a redge wamp before
Best obstacle I ever seen in my whole life
6:25 always as a youngin I would be like “do a trick”!!
Bring in the onewheel boys again! That thing is sick!
When I was 11 my dad gave me a bunch of wood, tools and hardware and I built my first quater pipe I loved it.
That's dope!
U guys should check out keen ramps new stuff unless I've missed it
With that ultimate setup, you could do a Smith to feeble to 50 or 5-0, maybe tailslide.
Yo that thing looks awesome!
do another video with this obstacle Pleaseee
On the three block kicker to rail gap down the 3 block to a landing kicker because why not 🤷♂️
This is something I wish I had growing up skating in the late 90's!
Same!
Yall should buy a few more for wild setups
unlimited possibility with these obstacles. very well made i gotta say and no i dont work for ramptech.
6:52 they gotta skate Ricks school now!!
Man were do I get one haha
@Braille Skateboarding
Someone should try hippy jumping the table; that would be sick!
Put the boxes next to each other and do a double tail slide ;)
when i was in highschool like 2010 you couldnt ride your board anywhere without someone yelleing "do a kickflip" happened at least once a day in cali
Confirmed, graduated 08 from Santa Monica high
@@zachoeryedwards Nice! 2012! Torrance high

VR vr... virtual reality vert ramp.
Defiantly not world first we could buy modular skate obstacles like this years ago when I used to skate back in the early 2000s.
Go ahead and pay the skaters they deserve it,they support you so support them.
gabe could have chewed that box open faster than rick got into it
Can we get a petition goi g to get Gabe a flipping pair of safety scissors to do unboxings? Lol

I won't believe it's cold here until Ricky puts his pants on
