I've been running him with shimenawa (because I had just so many good peices left over) and it was surprisingly nuts! I run him in an overload team with raiden, benny and thoma. It's clearly not an optimum team, but throwing fireballs and lightning bolts around, blowing shit up with EM buffed overloads, its the most fun I've had in game for months, and I surprisingly nuts damaged
so do people not know about his automatic cancels yet? hes the first character in the game with this mechanic as far as i know, higher dps and a swirl every .9 seconds without having to jump or dash cancel. really really good tech, and no one has been talking about it.
You did a great job for you're first try, it was funny and easy enough for me to understand, and hot topic, I wish I could of gutting Heizou instead of Kazuha, buuut I'm having fun with him so... :)
Heizou is good and a lot of fun to play but is isn't quite at Sucrose level of usefulness. Basically you trade a lot of EM buffing, AOE and CC for a driver that does more personal damage. He is one of the better fours stars we've gotten since Inazuma but I'd give him a 3.5/5. If Sucrose didn't exist, he'd go up to a 5/5. Most if not all comps that would want Heizou would be slightly better with Sucrose instead. At the end of the day though, meta doesn't really matter in Genshin and Heizou is a blast to play. Also, for those not running him with another anemo character, stick with 4pc VV for him. Losing out on the VV set shred is not worth 18% atk. Especially when atk buffs are the most common buffs in the game.
