Bro cg 3inchs front of wings is correct?because full weight is in tail when I add extra 300g then only the plane gets the correct cg if the cg is correct so plz tell me the way to reduce the tail weight

But I am used 1000mah 3s battery with 2212 1000 kv Same weight, fly easily but problam is this moter not very powerfull
