S8 is good but old and battery life is very bad. Lg V30 is good but I think oneplus 6 is bet coz its newer and u will get software support long time. I haven’t used the honor 10 so cant say much about it.

The color temperature and focus problems in 4k/1080p 60fps video recording is a big let down. also i feel the secondary camera is present just for the heck of it!
No. DSLR in itself can't take blur videos, you need expensive lenses with a very wide aperture to achieve that smooth background blur. Although smartphones have wide aperture values these days, actual size of their sensors is very small so they can't achieve the kind of blur you are talking about. Lets hope sometime in the near future, manufacturers figure out a way to achieve that in smartphones.
Just got OnePlus 6.. for camera I believe I have to go outdoor to test..low light or within rooms u get bad images... But it's too early to say anything
