Why am I staying? Hardest question ever when you are worst off than being alone and you can easily leave...( no kids, narriage...)! I know there is an irrational fear; the relationship has to reach a big deficit and the decision will be made. The big problem is time! How valuable is you time to you? One thing I notice for my self is that I lose my vision and objectives and focus on the other person's behaviour towards me...and then I am in a cycle.
When you try everything you can to get over the problem, and If they have no knowledge of the problem, they should consult a specialist. After that they can decide. I believe everything can be fixed. To solve any problem, you must not attach yourself to anything personally and be aware that everything can be fixed. THE ONLY TRUE WISDOM IS IN KNOWING YOU KNOW NOTHING. Go by this mindset and everything will be just fine. I LOVE YOU ALL

My husband is a good friend, lover and one of the kindest people I've ever known but he's irresponsible and a hoarder. It's been 8 years and I still love him but I'm feeling resentment and contempt more every day. He's on disability but could be doing something about the chaos. I've tried everything I can think of... counseling, books, videos, rewarding every small bit of progress, crying, begging, threatening etc. I don't want to leave him but I'm turning into a real b*tch and someone I don't like. The house he lived in we were dating was awful but he blamed it on the roommate and kept telling me how nice it would be to have a normal household. I believed him. Heavy sigh.

My boyfriend whom I’m living with we were fighting and fighting literally, he told me the same thing……….. “you’ll never find someone like me and I want people to have sex with you and leave you and take advantage of you and then eventually someone will kill you” ………now, to me I’ll never say that to someone. Eventually, when I ask him about what he said he told me that he was upset and he didn’t mean what he said ….. what do you think?
