It seems to me that it is stupid to say that Mikey suffered more than Takemichi, because their situations are different and each of them suffers in their own way. Mikey lost people close to him quietly, either from someone else or from his own hands, and Takemichi, who lost literally with every trip to the past (Remember how many times Hinata Tachibana died, how many times Akkun/Atsushi Sendo died. .) They literally both suffered.
